Cute place. Food was delicious. The biscuit was buttery and fluffy. Cheap breakfast. Mimosas come in a cowboy boot! Need I say more! Would go back!

Great food and great service. The restaurant itself is a little dated but the food and service made that worth it :)

A great breakfast place especially as there is not much else available in the near vicinity. Went 3 times over the week I was in the area. Always friendly, prompt service. I had oatmeal, stack of pancakes and an egg-bacon plate. Would add not in the same day. Good quality, hot, fresh and a great fuel to start the day.... More

Stopped here for a solid meal while exploring the city. It is located near the water, off the main tourist route- just the kind of place I love. Our food was perfect and it was wonderful to be in a place that was filled with locals- most were greeted by name by the staff. A gem!

Stumbled across this place on our way down the hill toward the waterfront from Mediterranean Inn near the Space Needle area. Breakfast was good, the ambiance was "rustic", and the waitress very personable. Had a great breakfast, then walked another block to the Sculpture Park along the water.

Small little cafe that packs a punch with their food! Love the chicken fried steak & can't wait to go back to Seattle & hit this spot again! You get a lot of food for a small price!!

Charm and character make this stand out the most! The service is exceptional! The food is average, we had Belgian Waffles, Blueberry pancakes and French toast. Fresh blueberries in the batter. yum!

Great breakfast. I had the chicken fried steak. It's was just a burger prepared as a chicken friend streak, but it was darn good. Big generous portions, I did not leave hungry. Prices are reasonable too. Come early, looks like this place fills up fast. Especially because it's kind of small. I also talked to the owner while I was... More

Had a breakfast at this old fashioned diner, really great dining room, however the prices are not old fashioned, kind of expensive. Great service and good diner fare.

After getting off the cruise ship, we were looking for a good place to eat. We found it, thanks to Trip Advisor! EVERYTHING was delicious. A slight wait, but totally worth it. The Shanty Café has been in consistent operation since 1914 in this location, even though the building was built in 1908. The service was great, as they are... More
