I wasn't super impressed honestly. Tried the pork stuffed bun and the vegetarian one. The vegetarian was pretty sad and the pork one was ok but too sweet for my taste. I guess I am not a big fan of the pastries, I usually rather go for a seated down dim sum place. We went on a Saturday at lunch... More

Having lived in Hong Kong for 8 years, we have our occasional cravings ... so we ended up with a nice, hot BBQ pork bun to bring us back. Friendly and efficient staff, good value and worth a stop!

Really good Chinese pastry. I had the pork bun. I have had plenty of pork buns in my past, but this is one of the good ones I have had. There was plenty of meat inside and it was really flavorful. It's located across the street of Pike Place so have one as you're walking around the market.

There are a ton of places to eat at Pikes Market. It would be a mistake to pass this place by. Their Hom Bow are the best in the city. My favorite are the baked bbq pork. Perfectly baked, soft and fluffy sweet roll, stuffed with an amazing combo of pork, spices and sauce. They are delicious. 1 of them... More

The curry beef hom bow was recommended as one of the things to try at Pike Place Market and it was yummy. The top of the bun tasted like the flaky, slightly sweet crust you’d find on the Asian-style pineapple bun while the filling was mild curry beef mince. The combination went well and was enough for a snack. The... More

This is not a restaurant, it is grab and go. I mostly love the Hom Bow. Curry chicken, BBQ pork, my faves. If I don't gobble it up right away, I will buy a box to take home to grateful family! They are well organized, the line moves quickly.

If I'm in the Market and I need something quick to eat to hold me over, I'll stop here for a bao or BBQ pork skewer. I've had some of the cookies, and they're quite good. I'm not an expert in Asian pastries, so I haven't ventured outside of my usual go-to's.
