I wouldn't rush back here, but it was pleasant. According to my friend the beer selection was good, I had the house Pinot Grigio that I think came from a barrel but was fine, and they poured a good sized glass. We had blue cheese fries which were really good, and the other food we saw coming out of the... More

Great ales, excellent 'pub grub' and wonderful service. This must be the best pub/eatery in the Capitol Hill area. Good choice for families.

After a dry pork sandwich and buffalo chicken wings without buffalo sauce, we decided to try and end our night early. That failed when we had to argue with our server for 10 minutes about redeeming a Groupon and a coupon. After she called the owner we got something redeemed. It's not worth the hassle to try and use any... More

This is not your Grandpa's Canterbury, closed then opened under new direction! They have a nice selection of beers and liquors, and the food is quite nice! high ceilings make the dark wood bar seem open and inviting, staff is fun and attentive!

This place has been re-invented since the last time I was here years ago. This is a great atmosphere and could easily be a great place to take a date or come in to watch a game. Staff was nice, chef came out to talk to folks and ask how the food was......and it was great.

My friends and I went here a few weeks ago and it was very enjoyable. The atmosphere is nice and the food and drinks were great. I had the Shepard's pie and it was delicious. We went during happy hour and the drinks were good, maybe a little weak, but still good. Our waiter was phenomenal and made our time... More

the "decor" is a little off-putting, but I tried to keep the perspective that it's a local bar... patty melt was average, beer selection pretty good

Pure, classic Seattle. Good room, great drinks, gourmet corn dogs. Only problem? A few recent newcomers being as selfish and rude as they must, talking about how Seattle "makes them so spiritual". Gag. Typical Seattle bar. A bunch of cool folks trying to enjoy life while the selfish suburb spawn from out of town try to make this town the... More

Went there in July 2012 for a 2-3 day stay in Redmond, bartender was nice and they had a great pulled pork sandwich! Definitely a dive bar but I would recommend it.
