Love this place! I've been three times and ordered from the Charcuterie list each time and have been very pleased. Food and wine have been very good, and the staff has been helpful.

Cafe Presse is celebrating 10 years. It's not hard to understand how they've managed to successful. The food and service are very good. They have some of the best prices on wine in the city. The broiled eggs with ham and Gruyere is wonderful.

This small, cozy café offers a large variety of food, pastries, wines, and much more. Great for families, couples or friends. The locally brewed coffee is always a nice addition to any meal.

Great wait staff. Very friendly and casual atmosphere. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and full bar. I had the Croque-madame for breakfast $9.25 followed by a double espresso :)

Small restaurant in front, but larger in the back, that does not serve French press coffee, but has an excellent breakfast and great coffee. The menu options for breakfast are minimal. 2 eggs over prosciutto, with house made bread, was great. Lunch offers more options....More

If you haven't been to Cafe Presse what are you waiting for? This is the sister restaurant to Le Pichet which is on 1st Ave. The food is similar and very good. It's a great place for brunch on the weekend.

went there for brunch on a weekend morning, sat at the bar where the tragically hip employees were having a snack and chatting, made us feel unwelcome with very curt service and mediocre food. Will not go back

Open early and late, with good food at a reasonable price. Menu changes quarterly, which keeps things interesting. Highlights include the croque madame (you can get it without ham), falafal (summer only), soups, grilled sardine on a baguette, their salads (which can include grilled asparagus)...More

This was the perfect place for a casual dinner after a PCNW talk at Seattle U. The steamed mussels with bits of sausage were in the best sauce I've ever had, the mussels themselves were perfectly cooked (not overcooked), and the excellent bread soaked up...More

This is always a great stop. Lunch is my favorite. I like to sit at the bar. They now have a proper lunch special, which is only available on Tuesday. It is a great deal. The food is usually great. Omelettes are terrific. Fries are...More
