Can’t expect much from IHOP. The food is pretty much the same across the entire US. Breakfast was acceptable and service was good. Food was cooked without any issues.

How can you ruin breakfast? Employ a cook who is not interested in repeat business. Had to send back all orders of hashbrowns. Burnt beyond recognition. Why even serve food in that condition? Service and pancakes were good, hence the two stars.
My wife and I are a late breakfast here. Service was quick and attentive, especially since it was crowded. We both had breakfast and were both pleased. Could have been a little cleaner, but for a busy weekday morning, it was alright.
