Meandering on a Sunday evening looking for something to eat. Stopped to look at the menu at the Dam Bistro and the waitress opened the door and said "the food is fantastic" - we took a chance. The place was empty so that gave us...pause - the food WAS fantastic. Salmon cooked to perfection and Caesar salad crisp and flavorful. Many times travelling thru Vegas but first time stopping in Boulder City. The Dam Bistro and Boulder city is now our place to stop coming and going thru Sin City.More

Upscale comfort food that is fabulous; homemade with a twist. Chef Kenny offers a great menu and is accommodating to your preferences. He offers daily specials which are always fun to change things up. Signature cocktails are wonderful, the bar service is knowledgeable and spot-on....We have enjoyed everything on the menu at least two or three times. Oh and you must save room for the homemade desserts!More

The Dam Bistro was awesome! If I had to summarize this place in one word it would be family, because that’s how I felt dining there! The waitstaff is very friendly, our waitress Sheila was amazing! This was the exact thing we were looking for...when passing through Boulder City, a small town dining experience with phenomenal service! The food was delicious, I had the French Toast (highly recommend), it felt like a homemade meal, this is the place to eat in Boulder City!More

In my humble opinion, Boulder City does not offer too many, high-caliber restaurants. The professional service was tremendous as was the Grilled Salmon, Pan-roasted Chicken, and House-made pork dumplings! We'll be back and you should try it!

Tried the newly opened Dam Bistro last night and loved it. Started with the Poke bowl,,fresh delicious and big chunks of Tuna. The avocado and endamame topped with their spicy mayo hit the spot. I had their Clam Linguini which had plenty of clams atop al...dente pasta in a garlic herb broth. Plenty of sauce/broth..(almost too much) but came with garlic bread to sop it up with. Husband had the Roasted Chicken which was another good choice..served over a couscous with a basil pesto with grapes and pine nuts. Our server Shelagh was charming as was Ethan the bartender, who spent some time with us chatting about his wine tour down under . Family friendly and great for a date too. If you happen to be in Boulder City.check out this hidden gem.More
