Not bad ... this site was recommended by multiple staff at the nearby hotel. It was within walking distance to my lodging, and it's right across the street from the baseball field. I can only imagine that the summer season creates moments of hectic crowds ... as for mid-January, it was kinda slow. The cherry coke was good, and the... More

Wonderful time. Staying near airport. Good selection of beers on tap and burgers. Recommend trying the checharones. Sorry if misspelled. Chicken and waffle highly recommended.

Staying downtown and we wanted a pub type place for dinner. This is definitely the place. Started with Chile Con Queso. Great start. Then I got the "Sausage on a Stick" which was basically four different types of sausages. Highly recommend. Also got the S'mores dessert ... totally do this...amazing. Of course the beer selection was fantastic. We sat at... More

We had a really nice visit here two nights ago. Out party of eight was greeted promptly by a server who helped find a great table for us in the community-seating area. We really enjoyed the friendly vibe of the restaurant - a great mixture of clean modern atmosphere and cool retro pictures and decorations. Out waiter was friendly, helpful... More

The Backyard burger was great. Perfectly grilled. The fries were a little soft, but that may be the chef's design. I understand it is a hopping place to be during the summer, but was very quiet for Saturday lunch.

I visited with some business acquaintances. I tried the beer cheese soup, which I personally did not care for. I was not fond of the tall bar stools, they were very uncomfortable. I guess I am just not hip enough for a place like this.

Had dinner before the Bulls game at CL. Was crowded but we ate at the bar and it was fine. Fish and chips were hot and tasted great. Burger was huge and guest loved it. Beer was good and even thought for 2 people the bill was $42, it was worth it.

I just went for beer and an appetizer and the whole experience took over an hour with the restaurant not even being that busy. The food and beer were suitable, but the service was just awful. I would go again if I had a lot of time to waste and didn't care about getting ordered items in a timely fashion.

Loved the food and the service! We had the Mac and cheese and chicken and waffles. Cornbread jalapeño waffle?? So good! Also had the kale dip and loved it. Parking was easy. Nice atmosphere. We will be back for sure.

We went for lunch a couple of times. I had Cobb salad each time and there were large with fresh ingredients. This is an open space so can get loud. There's a few drafts on tap and lots of liquor options. Service is quick and attentive. This place sits at the end of a quiet street near the ball field.
