When visiting Omaha we always include a visit to Wheatfields because of the unique offerings and quality of the meals prepared there. Everything always seems fresh and homemade. Portions are always generous but save room for one of the numerous bakery deserts. Very busy for lunch and dinner, but large enough to make the wait short. Parking is always tight... More

The pricing is ridiculous. You cannot order a Western or Denver Omelet without buying an overpriced base omelet and then paying $1.49 for each meat and a $1.29 for each veggie on top of the base Omelet to make up a Western Omelet. I ordered a omelet off the menu instead, Wife had a slightly lower priced meal and with... More

There is a wide variety of breakfast fare. The French Toast was exceptional. My husband thought the Eggs Benedict was good as well. There is an attached bakery where you can purchase items to take home with you after your stuffed full, yet want a little more. (Gluten free options are available in the bakery.) It is in the historic... More

Wheatfield's was busy with regulars and visitors . Didn't have to wait long, and food came promptly. Portions were large and they have a large selection to please different tastes and ages. Some of the items come with extras added , but you can request they leave off if it's not what you want. Overall a nice restaurant for all... More

The serving sizes are small and the least expensive items on the menu is over $10.00 which is a lot for lunch and your're still hungry. I recommend Planks for Happy Hour, you'll get better food and prices!

We had the Lobster & Crab Cake Eggs Benedict & The Chicken & Artichoke Quiche. Meals came with a sweet treat too! Delicious cream cheese Danish & blueberry muffin. We're coming back for dinner tonight.

Wonderful food, soups, salads, and an amazing abundance of fresh baked goods to take home from the bakery counter.

We eat at Wheatfields now and again and in general we are always pleased. This trip a little less so. The service was up to par - plenty of attention and helpful suggestions. But I went for one of the day's specials - with a French theme and it was super filling but not so super tasty. The onion soup... More

Been here many times all very pleasant This time we were seated in a corner I would guess had a sink behind it. From time to time there would be a horrible sewage odor. While waiting I notice a minor dusting issue.
