I hadn't been here to eat in nearly 4 years. I no longer live in the neighborhood, but a friend had never been there, so that was my destination of choice for lunch. What a lovely surprise when our server came to the table and asked if I'd like my "usual shrimp toast and Kung Pao chicken and shrimp". When... More

When we lived in Omaha we would eat here once a week- the food is very good and the atmosphere is relaxing. When you sit down they serve you hot tea-it really makes the meal special. I missed the tea this time, as we just got good for take out since we were on an exhausting trip and just wanted... More

They did a good job with service. I get the Kung Pao dishes in other Chinese places because I avoid deep fried foods. When the meat was deep fried I was bummed. I really don't think the menu tells you nor did the owner who waited on me. Tasted OK and I probably could have sent it back but did... More

We've been regular customers for years. Every time I try a new Chinese restaurant, I'm disappointed because it just doesn't measure up to China Palace. There's a good variety of dishes, and they'll even adapt one for you if you ask. Portions are generous. Service is friendly, courteous and quick. Best hot and sour soup I've ever eaten.

I work in the area where this restaurant is located, and I have been a customer ever since it opened. The food and the service are consistently good. The dishes are typical American Chinese with some interesting variations. The service is always speedy, whether for lunch or dinner.

Not fancy, but the food makes up for lack of ambiance. I have visited this restaurant regularly since they originally opened many years ago...the food is consistently good...it tastes the same as it did on past visits...consistency of their product is very important. Service is good and speedy. Carry-out is great. Good lunch menu. The best "strip mall Asian" place... More

My office used to be close to China Palace where I often ate lunch, but we moved downtown about 5 years ago and I'd not been back since. I was pleased to find that the quality of food and service were both still very good. Hot & Sour soup was terrific. Some of the best egg rolls I've ever had.... More

Maybe I'm a little biased because my family has been going to China Palace for 15+ years, but I'm a life-long customer. This isn't your standard 'fast food' type chinese. Sure they'll fry up the sweet and sour chicken and crab rangoons. But you can genuinely tell that the food is of a superior quality (and quantity). Whenever I've tried... More
