Always fresh bread and pastries, nice place to sit down and relax after the drive. Quiet place, not as busy as the petrol station

We happened across this cafe by chance but were really pleased we had. Fabulous location and view (though it was raining too heavily to make the most of it), friendly staff and lots of choice. The food was freshly made and very tasty. Would definitely recommended!

We stopped here on our Snaeffellsnes Penninsula Self drive day trip. We came for some hot cocoa And pastry to start the day. The sun was starting to rise and the view was incredible.

On a recommendation we travelled over an hour to have pastries and coffee here and excluding the relentless storm, it was well worth it. This bakery/cafe is renowned for it's small round doughnuts and they are to die for. Extremely fresh pastries and sandwiches made on the premises and friendly staff. If you are a film buff, this place featured... More

My wife and I ate at bakeries all over Iceland in our 10 days there and this was one of the best. Very conveniently located on the Ring Road just as you enter Borgarnes from the south. It was featured as a Papa John’s pizza shop in the movie “The Secret Life of Walter MItty,” but was famous locally long... More

We often come there for lunch or coffee time. Reasonable price and very nice staff. Very good food or cakes and you go out with your belly stuffed :)

We stopped here on our way to the Snæfellsnes Peninsula and found it to be a great place to stretch our legs and relax while enjoying some nice coffee and delicious pastries. WiFI connection was also good and there is plenty of parking. It is also conveniently located right next to a big Bonus supermarket, so we stocked up on... More

Only a few seconds from the Route 1, it is an excellent place to sit down with a nice view, have some good quality bakery food and a cup of coffee or a nice hot chocolate! Normal pricing, good quality and nice atmosphere. They have a very nice variety of cakes, sandwiches and bread as well, to either eat there... More
