The only positive thing was the wine by the glass. Food below average, unfriendly waiters, expensive for the miserable quality you get.

The menu of this nice-looking place in a lovely ancient alley gives the impression of a gourmet restaurant. The selection is small, contains some non-standard combinations and is expensive. However the quality of the food varies - some dishes were very good while other were merely mediocre. Nothing we ordered was a Wow. The high expectations set by the fancy... More
I ate here with a group of colleagues from around Europe. Each to a man and woman enjoyed the food and inventive combinations. The small walk is worth it. Enjoy
It is a great pleasure for us to read your opinion Thank you so much!!! We waiting for you soon More
I had dinner here on my last night in Rho and was really impressed. The home made spaghetti with white pork radii was delicious as was the chocolate dessert and local wine. The menu is in both English and Italian which makes ordering easy and they also include a list of allergy codes for every item so it was great... More
Dear Sir, thank you very much for your comment, it helps us to improve the quality of our food, wine and service. Looking forward to host you again to let you taste new experiences. Best Regards More
If you happen to be in Rho, possibly to visit an exhibition at the Fiera of Milan, do not miss a walk in downtown Rho and a high quality eating experience at Pomerol. In the narrow streets of the town, Pomerol is a Restaurant and Wine Tasting site for anyone who likes to try innovative and tasty servings of pasta,... More
Thank you very much for your kind comment. We always try to offer to our customers an Italian "wine experience" together with simple food based on high quality raw materials. We do hope to host you again, may be after an hard day spent at the exhibition. Best Regards More
Ate here on a recommendation. Decor nice, staff friendly enough. Reasonably prices. Main, Desert and drinks about 25 Eur per head. Menu was in English/French and Italian. The menu was also very interesting as it had numbers against every dish indicating if it was safe for people with allergies to certain foods. So good for Coeliacs or those with nut,... More
Dear Mr Wayne, it has been a pleasure to have you at our restaurant and we hope you can came back soon in order to let you try different dishes that could better meet your taste. Thank you best regards More
The restaurant (although I would rather define it a sofisticated wine bar) is in a central area with traffic restrictions, and parking your car nearby is not an option. Once you get in you will notice the large display of wine bottles, some of them remarkably good although if you order some white (we did, a very good Ribolla Gialla)... More
In the city center of a not too scenic, industrial area near Milan, I just found a small bistro, with modern decoration, less than 10 tables and some other 6 at a terrace for smokers. Home made brewed beers to taste something really different. A good variety of à la carte antipasti and main courses, best Italian quality, but with... More
Ambitious menu poorly executed with small portions and severely overpriced for the quality offered in an unexclusive area of an unexclusive town.. Pompous and incompetent staff (apparently you cannot order a "side salad", only the salads on the menu with chicken, etc.). Dark and uninviting ambience.
My name is Claudio and I live in Los Angeles. Last October I visited my friend Silvia who introduced me to a really, really unique restaurant. I enjoyed recipes that I never tasted before in my life discovering exceptionally unique combinations of Italian food. I urge you to pass by The Pomerol at least one time in your life... You... More
