Great restaurant, lovely atmosphere. Food was very, very good; and considering the disappointing prices we'd found elsewhere on the island (Golfo Aranchi), we felt it was very good value for money. Service was excellent, waiters had time to answer questions about the menu even though it was busy, and everyone was friendly. Highly recommend the land menu - portion size... More

Nicely presented food in a friendly atmosphere and atmospheric rooms (inside). The waiters showed great humor and made the best out of the congested situation and our kids not being the tamest ones. Very positively noted was the vegetarian menu. Generally the food was typical for a solid modern Italian kitchen. Nothing special but everything OK. Except maybe the mineral... More

Restaurant looks nice but that's it! Staff unfriendly, prices for food and drinks very expensive, portions small and not worth it! We ate better in a Snackbar and that's not a joke! Unfortunately I need to give 1 Star....for me 0 Stars! Not recommend it!

Spending 2 weeks in Castelsardo meant that we would sample various restaurants but after running into Francesco after 11 PM on our evening of arrival, we realized we found someone special. He brought us to his favorite after-work hangout for a meat and cheese plate. He explained his approach to running his restaurant and the seafood specialties that he features.... More

You know what they say about busy places, they must be good, well this one was and one of my favorites from my time in Sardinia. We stopped off during our tour of Castelsardo - outside was full (small area) so we made our way inside. Wow this place was popular! The staff advised there was a wait for pasta... More

Decided to eat here after an evening of wandering around the old town, sat outside which is a little challenging as the flagstones under the tables are very uneven but it was worth the effort to hold on! Had seafood pasta for a main course and it was delicious, beautifully cooked and very tasty, my husband also had pasta and... More

The food was ok, maybe a bit too expensive. We found the service to be a bit too invasive, the waiters were constantly near us and also took away bread and cheese without even asking. Camerieri costantemente presenti al limite dell'invadente; bisognerebbe cercare di evitare di portar via dal tavolo il formaggio grattugiato o altre portate senza chiedere permesso.

This restaurant is located close to the castle in the old part of the town , we managed to park on the road leading to the castle but I can imagine in the high season this would not be possible. It is a reasonably step climb to the castle and the restaurant is situated close to the castle , service... More

We found the restaurant at the top of the castle. The waiter was very friendly and sat us in the best place for the view. Everything was very clean and the waiter attentive. We got to see the local fish and chose one fresh from the plate. It was delicious in a tomato sauce with herbs and basil. Proscecco followed... More
