A very rich, accurate, precise, detailed menu that makes your mouth water just by scrolling through it on the web. Then, once you arrive in the room (basic, elegantly furnished) you are enveloped by the scents, and the desire to taste the many artisan varieties of beer, combining them appropriately with the choice of pizzas (but not only: the kitchen also churns out other delights). A crowded but quiet environment, a fast and efficient service (even for a large group and with children, like ours), prices higher than those of a normal pizzeria, but which, given the quality of the offer, are absolutely normal: excellent pizzas, with genuine raw materials, built with skill and cooked to perfection. Then, at the moment of leaving, the thought already searches for the next appointment (reservation is recommended) to taste another of the proposals (all different and all differently tasty) among the beers created by the house. An experience to repeat!

Wonderful place... this is not only brewery they produce but also a spectacular pizzeria because they do not have an infinity of pizzas but just those different from many classic pizzerias already from the front door is a spectacle and once you enter to your right you will see the underground tanks on the floor below for fermentation signaled by blue leds... so many tables on the floor nice spacious (There are also outside!!!! But internally a properly regulated air conditioning gratifies you and does not bother ..
Sitting at the table in front of you a sheet where their brewed beers are advertised (we chose the delicate taste mosaic and not strong ) but you think it is delivered in a dispenser of several liters (0.5 /1/1.5/2 LT ) always maintaining the coolness of temperature wowwwww . Shelves around you of bottles of various beers make you understand that for beer lovers and almost a museum... what a show!! Nice and smiling guys welcome you like old friends. Che pizza volete ? There are the classics there are scrocchiarelle with 4 cereal flours and also the typical ones with typical Sardinian ingredients .. what a show. Desserts? The classics but brought in typical and tasty glasses brought with slate coaster and to finish the coffee ... Illy coffee does not mark cip and ciop the maximum! Our waitress MARTA attentive and fast and polite made us an unforgettable evening to remember this company .you will wonder at this point and the bill ??
NO don't worry fair prices we are around 15 / 20 each not doubled with a huge difference how many times have we happened that between a pizza and a mug (which then becomes hot) we found ourselves after not having digested it for the unsuitable leavening? Here at RUBIU there is no such concern they know how to leaven pizzas in the right way and with his times .. how can you not recommend such a place ???? Here and everything perfect thanks to you for welcoming us into your temple. If you pass by Sant'Antioco stop here you would be amazed and eat a pizza and a beer as you have never tasted I assure you.
Pietro Genova.

The Rubiu brewery was a pleasant surprise during our holiday. The quality of the beers and pizzas is excellent. Also worth highlighting is the kindness and friendliness of the staff. The only slightly negative note refers to the prices a little above average and the €2 surcharge for replacing normal mozzarella with lactose-free mozzarella. Absolutely worth trying.

Dinner with friends, nothing to say about the food (both pizza and dessert were excellent), but when paying we went to the cashier and we were offered to pay for everything together or separately; upon our choice to pay separately, the cashier divided the total into 4, printing the receipts with the simple divided amount (29.90 each) without the detailed items. At first we didn't pay any attention to it but when we compared it later we redid the calculations with the menu in hand and discovered about 30 euros of difference with the actual bill. Nice and good scam.
I attach photos of the receipt for my and my friend's share
We won't be coming back again

I knew the pizzeria in Cagliari Levante and out of curiosity we went to try the pizza in the original place.
First of all, I really liked the place both inside and outside and since it was a beautiful evening it was pleasant to eat outside, but I was also able to appreciate the design work chosen.
The pizzas are more or less the same as in the east although in addition there was the fried pizza that we tasted with really good mortadella while the other pizzas remain of a good standard and the products are the same and dosed well, even
If they don't get to the goodness of Levante.
The substantial difference, however, was in the service, while from the east the service is also a point of excellence, I noticed many shortcomings in the Sant'Antioco pizzeria, although there were not so many people, we waited a long time to order.
I am sorry to underline above all the lack of professionalism of the two waitresses who were not only very unfriendly and not attentive to the tables, but also unprofessional.
For example, we asked for advice on a beer and we received a very hasty and irrelevant response, moreover not to our liking, not so much for the beer which was good anyway, but did not have the characteristics we had asked for. Instead, three other waiters, including I imagine the owner at the cash register, were kind to us and attentive to our every need. definitely a shame because I would have given a higher score

We stayed here on 13.08 between dinner time the aperitif, despite not having booked we found a solution x stay inside in the room very well air-conditioned, despite the strong heat outside, inside was a real wonder the cool, large room, industry style. Overall it was a good experience, although surrounded in our case by 2 in:
- many waiters behind the counter chatting with each other and slow to take the order even though we had contact time because we had to clear the table within a certain hour;
- we ordered “the fried pizza” but those who have been to Naples and eaten that, must forget it, here is nothing but a panetto fritto entirely, small as a sandwich and on top just seasoned.
Very kind and friendly the youngest guy (I think he is the owner) who did the bill. Recommendation of course for good craft beer and cool!

Good evening
I am reviewing this evening 3/1/2024 on the pizzas that are baked, I would like to point out that it is a local customer who has been coming to visit Sant'Antioco for three years. I would also like to point out that in August 2021 I was invited by Amici and was enthusiastic very good pizza. Unfortunately today I give a rating of one star and I invite you to improve and find a good pizza chef, because people pay a high price for your pizzas lacking in seasoning.... I attach two "no comment" pizzas. I hope that This review will help you improve yourselves. Kind regards

Industry style room with large spaces and soundproof panels that dampen the propagation of voice. Wide selection of pizzas with quality products and names that recall the various locations of Sardinia. Very good craft beers with various types and scents that are described by the card in a meticulous and almost poetic way bringing the diner to the perfect match with pizza (if you do not want to contact the host). The brewery participates with Vegu (local brand of delicious vegan cheeses) thus ensuring a wide choice for those who follow a vegan diet. For lovers of beers, there is the opportunity to buy at discounted prices, 75cl bottles, also great for a gift.

As we are vegetarians the whole family was Rubiu Food a restaurant we absolutely must visit during our stay at Sant´Antioco. I'm not exactly a friend of industrial style but I must admit it was a really cool venue, fresh and modern. We had booked a table out on the terrace and it was quite ok.
Ordering was a bit complicated, I prefer personal service and physical menus to QR codes but we got it together in the end. Two of us wanted to try something other than pizza and take the opportunity now that we were at a vegetarian restaurant so we ordered pamigiana di melanzane. When it came in it turned out to be really small portions, maybe we had ordered starters? but it tasted good anyway even if we were not directly satisfied. The others in the party had ordered pizza and feta salad and were satisfied.
The service was fast and efficient, not very personal. Prices a bit high.
Otherwise, the impression was interesting with a beer brewery - we bought with us a couple of beers - and the focus on local organic produce - completely in our direction, worth the visit just that.

Our experience was great, I vegan my omnivorous boyfriend both satisfied! Pizzas with special excellent ingredients (I had a pizza with zucchini and truffle cashew cheese sprinkled with mouth-watering toasted pine nuts). Great beers. The desserts even superlatives, if we review Sant'Antioco definitely will return! Ah and the price I would say perfectly normal, indeed better than normal.

Modern industrial-style venue just outside the central area of the town, easily reachable on foot. It offers a not too extensive menu mainly based on pizzas, in which you can also find both savory and sweet vegetarian and vegan alternatives.
There is a wide choice of craft beers explained in detail.
The service is average, quite fast.
Overall what we ate was good but we weren't particularly impressed. The Sapori Antichi pizza is certainly the most popular dish.
Average price quality.

Excellent food, fresh and local ingredients too. The things I appreciated most were the variety of pizzas present (even non-classic ones), the possibility of being able to choose the type of dough between traditional, ancient grains and gluten-free. Furthermore, the menu (QR scan) indicates whether the dish in question contains any allergens or whether it is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. As a gluten and dairy intolerant person, I was struck by the wide choice I had for desserts and by their goodness.
As for the prices, nothing to say, they seem suitable for the food served. If I happen to find myself in Sant Antioco I will definitely return.

A wide choice of pizzas, with the possibility of combining different types of dough and seasoning. Alternatives to pizza (cutting boards of land and sea, tempura) are also of excellent quality. Good desserts. The accompanying beers are of superior quality.

We had dinner at Rubiu on April 12th, we were on the island for the feast of the Patron Saint. Very good pizza and very friendly staff, the beer is very good. Being from Livorno we had dinner at Rubiu 2 years ago... And we returned. We hope to visit you again soon.

Peripheral industrial zone . We ate on the terrace, without panorama, closed by wooden fences. There is no paper menu, we stayed at the time of covid; you book with your smartphone on the qrcode. Good pizzas, with choice of dough, excellent beers made by them. The eggplant parmesan is also good even if the portion is for children. Slow in service. Tapas consist of slices of salami and olives.
