Peking is worn and threadbare for sure. Often there are not a lot of dinners in the place. But do not doubt their ability to turn out as fine a table of dishes as you have ever had in a chinese restaurant. This year we went as a family and took extended family with us. What a fun night this... More

Plenty of food but very salty. The venue was clean and the staff very attentive but we were the only people dining.

Stay away from this sad remnant of the 1970s. The burgundy carpets are likely from that era and smell that way! I ordered the beef and scallops specialty. Beef was tender, but scallops had no flavor and the sauce smelled strange. Lighting was bright, but at least it was warm halogen. My party also had food that was average. Vegetables... More

Our family was in visiting Richmond on Christmas day and had dinner here. The food was good. The service was prompt and the prices were reasonable.

The food is always good. Really fast and courteous service. Location is downtown, easy to walk to but parking is off street or pay to park or put car in parking deck.

If you're into old-school, 1960s Chinese, this might be your place. But, if you like real food, fresh food, or just plain edible food, this is not the place to go. After my office recently moved to Shockoe Slip, one of my coworkers suggested we try it. Sounded reasonable--Shockoe Slip is home to some of the best restaurants in Richmond,... More

We just wanted our typical Chinese menu so this was the place to go. It's not over-the-top fancy and it's not like your typical take-out. It's a mid-range dine in restaurant. Quiet and great food.

My husband and I were celebrating our 10yr Anniversary at a nearby hotel and found this restaurant while we were out taking a walk. I had a taste for Chinese food and we were very happy when we happened saw the Peking Pavilion. We were seated right away at one of the booths (booths are my favorite and I didn't... More

A good spot to grab some chinese food for lunch when you work or live in the city! Prices are good! They are really quick to get you in and out!

One of the few places I enjoy eating Chinese. Always fresh and good quality food and excellent service.
