We called in here on our first night, not really knowing the area or what to expect. We've eaten at other places since and on reflection, this was the best food at the best price with the nicest atmosphere. Highly recommend the wild boar steaks and rabbit pappadella. We will be back 😀😀😀

If you want REAL Tuscan food set in a relaxed, cheerfully noisy, colorful kid-friendly atmosphere- this is the place. We loved it so much we went back our last night in Tuscany after 14 days! The food was fresh, delicious and very reasonably priced. Andreas (the owner) adds to the charm and is a fun part of the experience. Our... More

We were recommended this restaurant by our hotel staff ( Toscana Castelfalfi) and it was well worth the visit, the food was delicious. The owner happily whistled away whilst preparing our lunch. Only one tiramisu left so we had to share but It was so good I'd recommend ordering early and asking him to put it aside.

Honest and traditional food. Good prices. Nice house wines and excellent service. We really enjoyed our meal here and would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a relaxed atmosphere, good food and no fuss. The dessert was delicious!!

What can I say, another really great meal at Osteria Ristorante San Vivaldo. Starters were excellent, steaks were delicious, and deserts fantastic. Staff were attentive without being in your face and as always the owner was great and friendly. Have been many times and will certainly go again. A must visit.

Very nice owner and his stuff (probably the family). Big plus. The food was very mediocre, especially for Toscana. Lasagna was not good at all, the fiorentino beef steak though was OK but nothing special. We also have some nice house wine.

Pasta with mushrooms was excellent and I also had the beans and "erbette". This is a paradise for meat eaters but I can always have a great dinner plant based. It is always a pleasure to deal with Andrea

Il Rosmarino in Castelfalfi is on a similar price level and offers a much nicer setting and dishes on a higher quality level.
