The wait staff is really nice. You will not feel rushed. The decor is a little dated but not a big deal. It's a nice little place. They have a great selection of wine! ( try the Isis Chardonnay) The food is not great. They pretty much over cooked everything, the seasoning is not great and the quality of seafood... More

Living on a past reputation, resting on their laurals. Seems stuck in the past, and a definite hint of microwave.

We were expecting more from this restaurant, it was quiet with average food and above average prices. Pleasant enough but with such a grand setting we felt a little let down by the experience.

Restaurant located behind the hotel and we visited it for good lunch time snacks and drinks. Not very well stocked and ran out of Vodka on one visit. Premises requires some maintenance and a clean but staff especially Joyce very friendly. Ok for lunch but evening restaurant menu restrictive and expensive.

Excellent restaurant in St. Pauls Bay jutting out into the sea. Great views of the coast and St Pauls Island. Mainly a fish restaurant with plenty of fresh caught local produce. Excellent food and good service.

First the marvelous view of St.Paul's Islands just throws you back and builds your appetite. We all went for the fish as this restaurant is very well renowned for its fish. I started with fish soup pure home made soup. My next course was plentiful nibbles of various seafood which went down a treat with fresh Maltese bread. This was... More

We partly live in Malta and from time to time try to have dinner there. One can be lucky and have very good food there, especially fish. However, in most cases food had been average, the service had been lacking and meals took ages to come. Much of it however is compensated by the marvelous view from the terrace overlooking... More

Christmas Day lunch and at first we were tentative about the atmosphere on a busy Christmas Day lunch however we needn't have been concerned. Although full the tables are set out so that you never feel exposed and uncomfortable. The views over the sea are magnificent and the general ambience is warm and friendly. The staff were polite and efficient... More

Lovely food, fantastic location. On 29 oct our last night we booked a table as we always have our last meal of the holiday there. The weather was so stormy, I thought they might close so was so surprised to see that they honoured are booking. Which meant a lot to me. I would to thank all the staff at... More

Another excellent restaurant in this little enclave! More old skool than Tarragon but equally good with excellent silver service & superb food & wine - really lovely in a vintage way. Joyce was fabulous & made us feel like we were old friends! Highly recommend this charming place.
