Can't recommend this place highly enough out of 7 nights in Qwara we ate here 3 times. Over the 3 nights we had pasta , burgers, chicken , beef and my husband had Lampuki ( a local fish ) everything was delicious and well presented.... This is a family run establishment who cant be more helpful and friendly .More
Stumbled across this unassuming roadside diner and couldn't have felt more welcome. Perfect hosting with beautifully cooked food and simply the best tomahawk steak ever. All dishes are home cooked and can be tailored to your individual taste or preferences. If you're in the area...don't miss out on this little gem..worth a visit brilliant thankyou Ray and family ❤More
Me and my wife came here looking for a couple of drinks and a bite to eat. We took a seat inside and waited a few minutes. A middle-aged waitress with short blonde hair approached our table and said you want a drink? We relied...yes she then said 'well what'? Taken aback I replied what you have. She then just starred at us. A couple on the next table gave us their drinks menu and the waitress walked away. I told my wife I'm not staying here to be spoken to like that. We got up and left as we was walking away the waitress poked her head out of the window and shouted out sarcasticly 'BYE'. There are many places in Qwara to drink and eat with good service. Avoid this one.More
We visited The Woodhut tonight for the first time. We had an early tea(6pm). We were served by Ray,the owner who was very helpful and informative.
We both had excellent main meals and a bottle of wine.
All in all a great experience. We will...be back.More
Went here as seen it was reccomend on FB, it was the worst food we had in Malta.
I had chicken platter, it was a Iceland value £1 pack. OK for nibbles at bbq but not 18€ meal
It was edible as starving but would...definitely not reccomend.
Ribs had some random pea sauce on.More
5 star experience. We went for the first time and had traditional Maltese food and it was delicious. We saw someone having a tomahawk steak so we pre ordered one, my goodness it was delicious.
This is a family run restaurant, the owner and chef...is so lovely and takes time to welcome his guests. The menu is extensive and therefore there is something for everyone. It’s very well priced for fabulous food. The owners nephew works there and he’s an absolute credit to the restaurant, so polite and extremely enthusiastic. I would urge you to try this place. Doesn’t look much from the outside but it’s fantastic food and a very lovely atmosphere. You won’t be disappointed!More
We went as a group of 4 and each had clean plates! Two of us enjoyed lobster ravioli, my partner had the bragioli, and someone else a burger. Everything was fresh and delicious, the owner is also the chef and was by himself but still...had time to greet us and make us feel very welcome. We went on our last day of our holiday and would have visited again otherwise. Highly recommend eating here.More
