This cafe is Brilliant ! Very friendly staff , breakfast was amazing everyday !
our second week of our holiday was terrible as our paid for breakfast at “mayflower hotel” breakfast was dismal .
We decided we could not eat it anymore after finding a...long black hair in my beans and stone cold everyday .
we then visited the knickerbocker cafe every morning and it was brilliant , every day , hot freshly made and service was brilliant . Thank you for making our second week much better .More
Called for lunch on Saturday. Very busy at lunchtime, but found us a table outside. I had a tuna baguette and the wife the apple pie. Both were delicious.
Was so good we came back for dinner on the Monday evening. Much quieter than lunchtime....I had an omelette, and the wife had another apple pie (sweet tooth). Both the baguette and the omelette came with the same perfectly fried chips, coleslaw, red cabbage, lettuce, tomato, onion and cucumber. Evening meal for two for 18 euros including drinks.
Good unpretentious food at fair prices.More
