Atmosphere be damned, those gyros are fantastic! Nick's wife is a sweetheart! I go back as often as I can!

The building is totally sketch to look at and sometimes it isn't quite clear whether they're open or not. Nick met me at the window with the surliest disposition ever. Amusingly surly, not offensive at all. I ordered a veggie gyro and Greek fries per the recommendation of two friends that I trust and OH MY GOODNESS!! The gyro contains... More

Delicious gyros and they make homemade pastitsio on Thursdays. Excellent hummus too. It's a hole in the wall with outside seating only, but plenty of parking.

It's really nothing special to look at but the food here is surprisingly good! Burgers, gyros, great fries. If you’re looking for a quick stop for lunch in the neighborhood, give it a try. Even a small outside garden if you like to sit and eat there.

This is a hole-in-the-wall place that serves the best gyros ever. There is convenient parking right next to the building. I highly recommend calling in your order because it gets very busy at lunch time. You walk into a tiny little room and place your order at a window and pay; there are two or three tables outside in the... More

No, the location isn't great (with very limited outdoor seating, and zero indoor seating) but they have simply the best gyros I've ever tasted, anywhere, at any price (and Nick's prices are completely reasonable). And if you're lucky enough to have been there on a Thursday and tried the pastitsio ("Greek lasagna"), you'll know that it's a flavor like no... More

Finally tried, based on other reviews. This place is the bomb, at least for the lamb gyro. I travel all of GA for work (I live in Macon), and try a lot of places, but this place stands out. Simple (think soup nazi, but friendly), and it just works. A new favorite for me, and I will be back a... More

Had a chance to visit Nick's for the first time and I have to say I was blown away. It's obvious that you're not going for the ambiance or the customer service (think soup nazi for gyro) but my goodness, that's the best gyro EVER. I'll surely be back

A real "hole in the wall" kind of place but with delicious food! Outstanding! Incredible place....you would never know it is there. Great greek food. Got to try it...to go...a few picnic tables outside but otherwise really just need to pick the food up and go! Closes early at 7 pm.
