Wow is all I can say!! We visited 2 years ago and when we new we were coming back to Atlanta we had to eat there. The food is absolutely exceptional especially the fried chicken in the gouda mac and cheese you get so much food for your money and the drinks are great too... we will definitely be back.

Diner at Pittypat's Porch was a disappointment. The interior of restaurant is old and needs repair (perhaps the attempt was to create a "rustic" atmosphere but in my opinion they failed). The service was ok but the food was ordinary, although good sized food portions. Perhaps Pittypat's Porch can be best described as an ordinary casual restaurant. Because of its... More

We had heard a lot of good things about this place but it was disappointing. Some people wanted a lighter Dinner and did the salad bar which wasn't worth the $15. Service was haughty and not always polite, i.e. When we politely asked if we could have some bread with our salad we were told wait a second. Mains were... More

I was here 2 years ago and it was incredible, however today was pretty disappointing. Cold food, the biscuits and corn bread were stale hard and old and our food old and lukewarm. Our server was full of stories and blame the new baker the cooks but didn't fix the problem. Disappointed when the fried chicken was barely hot and... More

For a girls weekend we ended our final night at this fantastic restaurant. Drinks were all themed, and the food was outstanding, little pricey but worth every penny.

I live in Atlanta and don't normally write reviews about restaurants here but after living in the Atlanta suburbs for 30 years I just visited Pittypat's Porch for the first time! This restaurant is a must if you are visiting Atlanta and especially if you are staying downtown. The waiter told us that Pittpat's Porch has been in Atlanta for... More

Group of 10...and lousy over all... Terribly ribeye, I ate 5 bites and they took it away.... maybe if they asked if something was wrong I'd be less disappointed. My opinion... avoids this place. If you dare to try it... best of luck to you.

Food was fantastic. Great staff and atmosphere. Went twice while on a business trip. Big groups fit fine. Worth the wait when crowded.

Description
Downtown Atlanta's Oldest Southern Dining restaurant since 1967. We are a "Gone With the Wind" themed restaurant, a place where the characters presence are felt from the menu to the overall decor to the memorabilia on the walls. We have created a menu of Southern classics that have been enjoyed by groups large and small from the moment we opened our doors. Dishes such as, Aunt Pittypat's Fried Chicken, 12 Oaks BBQ Ribs, Georgia Catfish, just to name a few. Our menu also includes delicious appetizers and tempting desserts made fresh in our bakery daily. We have a full bar, plus draft beer by local breweries and a Specialty Drink menu to wet your whistle. So come on by and let us show you our Southern Hospitality!
