This place has all types of pancakes. I had the Georgia Pecan, which comes with a special orange coconut syrup, yummy! There were 6 in our party and everyone enjoyed their meals. The service was fast and the waiter was very friendly and efficient. I recommend going here for a delicious breakfast.

This is first visit to the OPH on Cheshire Bridge Road in a decade. Perhaps it's not always this busy at 1 pm lunch time, but on a recent Saturday the small lobby was jammed with people and others were standing outside. Their food is very good but after investing 20 minutes in line I went the full half hour.... More

I was walking around waiting for a store to open and my aunt recommended this to me. It was busy but I still got top notch service. My waiter, Ivan, was so nice and struck up a conversation with everyone at the bar (where I was sitting). He gave me a free newspaper and wrote down great places to see... More

This ia a high traffic restaurant that specializes more in the volume of food than in quality. You'll get great portion sizes. It seemed to be a local favorite but my experience wasn't good. In my opinion IHOP is better as far as quality.

Hands down the best breakfast you can get here in Atlanta. The 49 flap jacks are over the top. The 6 egg omelette is plenty to share. The pigs in a blanket never disappoints. The thick cut bacon is always delicious The service is always top notch. The staff has been the same for the past several years and they... More

Blueberry Pancakes! Enough said. Okay, bacon too! Super thick-cut and perfectly cooked! The staff were friendly and attentive the entire time. Extensive breakfast menu so the entire family found something to enjoy. Not a bad plate served! Will come again.

Variety of pancake flavors. Great service. Feels like old Atlanta. Cozy and friendly place. There are not too many breakfast places in Atlanta, but this one is definitely one of the best.

The 15-20minute projected wait time the host gave me turned into 40minutes. The server was very friendly, but the food didn't justify the wait. It was also expensive for a breakfast place, the omelettes costing $9.99. Being from the NYC area, that's even more expensive than I'm used to for what is basically a roadside diner! They re-made my friends... More

Our server was awesome! She was friendly, full of smiles and took good care of us. The Apple pancake, the Ham and Cheese Omelette and the pecan pancakes we tried were all tasty and worth the wait. Breakfast was great; however, it made me realize that the Original's are similar, but not the same. They are franchises and get to... More

Had lunch with an old buddy last week and we agreed to meet halfway between our locations. We chose the Original Pancake House as he had never eaten there. Glad we did. This place is old school and reliable. My friend had a Reuben Sandwich (highly recommended by our server) and he loved it. I had to have the breakfast... More
