My husband and I are regulars at this restaurant run by its friendly owners Mariluz and Raul, with the help of Monika (who is Polish) in the kitchen. Good local specialties, such as roasted red peppers salad (zorongollo), Rabo de toro (ox tail stew), caldereta...(lamb stew), but they also offer Japanese wagu beef hamburgers, scrumptious salads (love the one with Frutos rojos - red fruits), seasonal soups, good fish and chuletón (t-bone steak), and delicious desserts. Try several and share them. The wine selection is also very good. Prices are well-contained.More

We stopped by chance because we wanted to go next door but was closed. Menu already looked yummy. We chose for 4 pax: Grilled asparagus with ham, and Stir fried Boletus with foie. Simply delicious and very tasty. We proceed for mains with Starred dish:...Stewed Oax Tail, whiche leaves you just speeachless, then Read wine Tenderloin and "Carrilleras". Breathtaking. Desserts weren't disappointing at all. Rice milk pudding with local Chestnuts, cheescake with violets icecream and Chocalate mousse. Just go and let the guy recommend you. Won't regret at all. Trust me!More

A dining experience is always going to be subjective, but the experience I had the night I ate in Mas Que Parrilla was one of the best I've ever had. It was April - the off-season - so it was not too surprising to find...that my group were the only diners, something that can often make for a rather glum experience. Not here! The owner was immediately friendly, welcoming, and passionate about food, the local area, and the restaurant itself. The food we ordered was brought over one dish at a time, almost as separate courses, so that we could all sample each dish - an unexpected but brilliant concept that I loved (if you wanted to receive all the dishes at the same time, I'm sure that would be fine, the owner was very accommodating). The food itself was absolutely first class, as well. In all, it was a meal and an experience I'll remember for a long time... at least, until my next visit!More

We have chose La Parrilla for a quiet family dinner on a monday night and it was a very good decision. The food is mostly typical spanish meat and is very tasty. Also, the staff was very nice and very attentive to our little girl....By the way, she also loved the food.More

We were looking for somewhere for a good lunch on a day when many other Hervas restaurants were closed. The dining room felt modern and comfortable. Two set menus were available and a varied A la Carte. We enjoyed the choices from the Menu of...the Day - all given a little foodie twist to lift them above the mundane. Service was excellent and a popular choice with others. It seems to be called La Parrilla not Jose Raul Granada, however!More
