We've visited Cafe Nola many, many times, sometimes just for coffee, sometimes for drinks (they have a whole wall of vodkas brewing with various additives), often for lunch or dinner. Always a great place to meet friends and family.

I came in to Nola cafe today to eat and I sat down at a table. One of the bartenders (Daniel) came up to me and asked me to move to the bar stool to sit. I kindly agreed because I dint want to be rude but I was really pissed; I had came here first and sat down before... More

My husband and I are avid coffee drinkers, and Nola is the worst coffee we've ever tasted! Golfers and Maxwell house would taste gourmet in comparison! Wow, we were shocked and disgusted at our first sips! My husband had an iced coffee and I had a German chocolate latte. The coffee is just downright terrible. No other way to describe... More

My friends took me for a walking tour of downtown Frederick. We stopped here for tea. I tried their English breakfast tea with one of their specialty syrups (pear & spice). Absolutely delicious! If I'm ever in the area again I definitely want to try them for brunch.

Cafe Nola is always a go-to in downtown Frederick. The brunch is always great, and they are well know for having creative lattes /latte art. I highly recommend!

Always a good sign when a place has a crowd. Good food, good coffee, but not always an easy in and out if you are in a rush!

Nice breakfast spot with lots of options and good coffee drinks. Dined here a few times during a week in Frederick. The service was always very good for us. Wait staff was helpful and attentive. Portions were more than adequate and actually ordered from ala carte section a couple of times. Good food every time.

The service was good. I arrived early and had several cups of coffee and enjoyed the atmosphere before Brunch. The food was very tasty, well prepared and well presented. There is a stage for music, I would like to go to a Mon. night open mic session sometime. At night they offer a bar.

This is by far the slowest and most dissapointing service in all of frederick. I really kind of like its beatnik vibe, but if i just want a cup of coffee, it shouldnt take over a half hour to get it. The servers seem confused and do not cooperate well with each other. Nice spot, but how long can this... More
