It was an incredible meal. We were scheduled to attend the Bill Bryson book talk at the Weinberg Center in Frederick at 7:30 PM on a Sunday. I booked a table at The Tasting Room which Trip Advisor patrons recommended highly. WOW. It was fabulous! The lobster chowder was crammed with lobster and the scallops over gnocchi and spinach was... Took my wife there for diner a few weekends ago, and everything was spot on from start to finish. We always get the Filet, and both were spectacular with nothing left on the plate. The Crab dip was loaded with lump crab meat, the salad was wonderful, and the sides were great. My wife ordered the spinach instead of potatoes,... More

Visited this weekend for dinner with my husband. Location has sort of a dark, moody industrial feel. We each ordered wine but were not impressed by the selections. Cocktails on the other hand, were fantastic. Get the Green Mile and you won't be disappointed. Food was great. We each tried a soup, the lobster chowder and mushroom soup. Both were... More

Food was great and the waiter was very responsive. We ordered the steak salad and an omelette. Great atmosphere.

The business dinner I attended at the restaurant was very memorable. The servers were very attentive. The food was excellent and served promptly. And the atmosphere was enjoyable. There were about 20 in the party and we all enjoyed the experience. The only thing was the room was noisy and difficult to hear anyone across the table on occasion. Maybe... More

Excellent lunches. Favorites include swordfish milanese and lobster bisque. The short ribs are great too.

we celebrated a 21st birthday and the tasting room will make it all the more memorable. the charred octopus was special, get it even if you are not an olive fan. the mushroom soup, just get it. four out of four entrees were all interesting and delicious. The carrot cake to share was all we had room for and even... More

Overrated. Over priced. All around quality has gone downhill since the place re-opened following renovations to the bar.

Finally a new restaurant here that's not Italian, Mexican, Hamburgers, or a chain. Great place of lunch (have not had dinner here yet). Food is very fresh, service is fast, portions are ample, price is more than right. Last two restaurants in this location folded after a year. I think this place will make it.
