There is nothing much to say but go there! La Seu is a wonderful restaurant in beautiful Denia. The food is deliciously Spanish, and the menu is well composed and served in a kind and welcoming atmosphere. Seen from the outside you don't quite imagine what to expect, but when you enter La Seu you get a high quality experience... More

My parents and I decided to eat here for lunch and decided to choose the menu of the day: set small plates then one large rice dish to share. The food was cooked well and pleasantly presented. The salad at the beginning was delicious and so obviously thought about to bring out the flavour. There was a wait between courses... More

Don't be fooled by this uninteresting exterior. Inside opens up like a tardis to a lovely enclosed courtyard, light and airy. Decor is modern and pleasing. Most importantly, the food is good. It is beautifully cooked with a local slant on some dishes (the soft pork starter for example). Other dishes are international but use high quality local produce (like the... More

Love the food and ambiance of the place. Every time I visit I find delicious new plates, La Seu never disappoints. I enjoy the fusion between Spanish and international cuisine.

Don't be put off with small entrance. It is a stylish, vertical and lateral merchant house over a number of floors with excellent food, wines and tip-top service. Lunch is a bargain, but don't tell them that! It has the best of Spanish food: do go there. ***

Thank you for your recommendation to other travelers and tourists. We could recommend you as a customer too ;-) The facade of our building does not betray the interior space or the idiosyncrasy of the business, so it is frequent that causes some surprise among our clients. More

La Seu looks stunning from the outside, the house is black with golden details, very special and situated in one of Denias most pitoresque streets. Inside it is very nice, but I found a bit cramped. (Maybe depending on that we were a large company) The octopus-starters was great, for the first time ever I ate it AND enjoyed it!... More

Thank my Lord We always want repeat customers and we change our menu to not bore you with the same dishes. However, the joy of a new client that runs our plates with surprise, interest and curiosity is an extra incentive for us More

This restaurant situated in the old part of Denia is a gem that is worth trying, the food is well cooked beautifully presented by charming attentive staff. This restaurant is not the cheapest you will find but very much worth the extra expence.

This a a stylish contemporary spin on tapas and Spanish food. Cooked beautifully in wonderful surroundings. Great friendly service, the kitchen is behind glass next to you so you can view the "artist at work". Give it a go. On the pricey side, but worth it for a treat. Don't forget to use the toilets!! Very cool.

The experiences that we propose in La Seu pivot on concepts and designs based on the roots of the earth. We understand the land and the pillars that sustain the La Seu fires in the recovery of the character of the cuisine of the grandmothers, with raw materials of important qualities and preferably autochthonous.
We can say that the fish come from the market very fresh, which in the bay the quality of the water is excellent. We will also say that the varieties of our tomatoes are chosen by the notes of smell that indicate their natural origin, that our selection of vegetables brings you closer to God knows what. We will undoubtedly affirm that the meat comes from D.O. And that our winery is full of wines selected by its excellence. We will sign that the construction of our dishes has a harmonious order that reconciles tradition and innovation.

You better come and judge for yourself!

We are only a loose verse between stoves, a box in the sudoku of the aromatic combinations, an infinitesimal part in the equation of the flavors.
