As the first experience three years ago was very much to our liking, we decided to go back, as we were on holiday again in the beautiful region of La Safor, not all that far from Denia. This year the theme of the menu is...More

Widely considered one of the World’s true ‘destination’ restaurants, the sleepy seaside town of Denia largely known only for its beaches and bounty of fresh Seafood prior to the restaurant’s arrival, Quique Dacosta’s 2017 menu entitled “DNA: The Search” proved a perfect introduction to the...More

The 18 course menu was simply an incredible journey through local and quite inventive cuisine. The staff was attentive and friendly without being obsequious. Our special requests (allergies) were well taken into consideration. The wine pairing is great and quite daring at times. Globally the...More

This restaurant is in a dull resort, and at a busy road junction. The architecture and design are functional rather than attractive. The outside pre- and post-dinner terrace is a small yard affected by traffic noise. The ambience is generally disappointing. The staff were attentive,...More

Disappointing - moderate food - unprofessional service : this is the summary of our dinner-experience. The food is by no means innovative, it is boring...as is the presentation. Nonetheless, taste is personal and interpretable (although we doubt that in this case). What is not open...More

What an incredible restaurant. When you think about this level of fine dining, everything you want to say about the quality of the experience sounds cliché. Fine dining is in the end a very intimate experience, and everyone will place different emphasis on different parts...More

Had the chance to eat at quique dacosta with friends--the food lived up to expectation for 3 star Michelin--each preparation was unique and well presented. Only issue was ambiance and setting.....tables were too close together, and acoustics in room were not good--leading to tremendous difficulty...More
