Our second visit to the hut and it's as good as we remembered. A lovely laid back feel as you sit at a table overlooking the beach. We had a very tasty meal - much of the food is different from the norm, with great...More

This is just a terrific place... freshly cooked, delicious, healthy food for all the family in a special location. The only potential downside - to some at least - is this could be a Boden location shoot, with casting to match. The queue for service...More

But you'll need to remortgage if you eat there too often. Nice food friendly service, wonderful views, but don't think about the cost, it's worth it....

We also took our older dog and parked at the bottom of road and walked across the beach which would be better than walking from car park just before portscatho.

Hi, you can park on the top road car park and walk down through a field (a signed public footpath) to the Hidden Hut.

I've just had a look on Google Maps and a ferry to Place Creek, followed by the walk along the South West Coast Path (via the tip of St Anthony Head) is apparently 7.1 miles or 2 hours, 20 minutes.
