Two styles of food here one for the local bar and finer dining upstairs, fairly sure they are the same chef. I find all pub meals the same with this having nothing as a stand out. The locals love it and its great for a weekend spot to eat while viewing the area and being on the water is a... More

Great outlook, atmosphere and food to match. It's a Friday night and it looks as though this may be the locals choice as the tavern looks near full. It maybe my first time here but it won't be my last.

Surprised at the high rating, maybe they had a bad day on our visit. Decor is great, views are great, staff are friendly and on hand....but that's were it stopped. They had to take our table's orders twice, lost the first time. Most of us ordered the rib fillet with varying degrees of cooking. What came out was rump steak... More

We visited here with my inlaws for Sunday lunch, we got a great spot on the deck overlooking the water, the food was ordered and came out quickly and the food was really nice. I ordered the prawn cutlets, which came with salad and chips, My fiancé ordered the calamari and chips, my step son ordered the seafood basket and... More

Firstly, if the owner of this tavern had any idea he would change the layout as the keno and smokers area face the water. Such a waste of the beautiful views. Had nachos and was extremely disappointed to find bolognese sauce in leiu of salsa.... not sure why everyone is saying the food is great as everyone I visited with... More

This used to be our regular local but one experience has left us disappointed and looking for a new local. We headed there one Saturday for lunch and the boss was in the kitchen. On previous visits we have always been able to get a small container of gravy to go with our meal, however on this visit the boss... More

We have eaten lunch here a few times now as we live close by. The food is good, good wine/beer selection and ocasionally we have been there with some entertainment (singer) which always makes a great afternoon
