The old Meditrina near the ball park was a homey sort of place, including food that lacked a professional flare. It wasn't bad, but it often wasn't great or even good. I just tasted two dishes at lunch (mussels and shrimp) but both were very good, and I'll be back. Both our waiter and the chef accommodated my mother's special... More

Actually, this was our first visit to the restaurant and we will return again. Our lunch was terrific and the kale salad was outstanding. The new space is very hip and comfortable. Both the server and owner were quite pleasant. Our surprise was the excellent wine list.

Meditrina offers delicious small plates in a friendly atmosphere. A special mention to our server, Rachel, who took great care of us.

I often can't decide which one entree I want to eat when we go out. At Meditrina, you don't have to pick just one main dish. Dinners here are tapas, or "small plate" style, and it's like having every delicious appetizer in the house for dinner. If you happen to not care for one dish, you will probably have 6... More

Les Amis du Vin and friends recently had the opportunity to come here and we LOVED it. While all of the food was outstanding both the Albacore tartare, mango cream, crispy shallots cucumber cup and the Wagyu Skirt steak were divine. In addition, the service was excellent as was the ambiance. We will be back and bring our friends who... More

Very small little one of a kind Cafe. Modern minimalist decor. Small dishes, but a large variety. Good prices, but it does add up. Wine is a little higher priced than many comparable cafes near by. Good food, nice date nite atmosphere. Try the Bree dish, and the drunken oreos

Meditrina has moved to the new hip Central 9th area and their space has double in size and beauty. Even better, their food has improved as well. I've always liked the food at Meditrina. I enjoy trying different tapas and gnoshing instead of eating just one thing. I also enjoy their good wine list. The service was very good. There... More

Visited here on a date with my husband because we received a gift certificate . The food was average, not worth the money at all . The portions are exceptionally small. I would not visit there again

Hi Denise, I apologize for your experience. We are in a transition right now as we train new staff and prepare to move locations. Please give us another opportunity to earn our "dots" back? The new location will be open by mid-September. Jen More

Nice little neighborhood place with comfy little patio. Great service. Those two things brought my rating to a 3 star...otherwise it would have been a 1 star rating. On the website, they advertise specials that they no longer offer, eg Happy Hour Mondays. So we left on Monday and came back on Wednesday. The tapas are terribly small and offensively... More

I've been here a few times and have literally never been disappointed with a dish. My personal favorites are the mushroom and cheese, house-style pickles, and well, all of it. I love that they are tapas, or small dishes, because you can order several played to share. We ordered about 8 for the two of us and felt just the... More
