I have been coming here for years on my trips to Salt Lake and I’m never disappointed by the food or the specials. The service is great and prompt. Last visit I was delighted by the Beef Cheeks special. Wonderfully cooked and presented, it could...More

This is a great small plate restaurant but it is so small and the tables are so close, you can barely hear yourself think. We had 4 small plates and 2 glasses of wine (UT pours are small) for @ $70. Good food but not...More

I really enjoyed this restaurant and I’m glad they helped me by re-creating some of the menu items due to me being on the Whole30 diet. The setting was relaxing and the ambiance was hip. There was a warm feeling to the spot on this...More

When you first sit down and look at the menu, you'll probably think to yourself: great prices. However, I must warn you that the plates are small, like many others have commented. Think: tapas. There was a larger group of us (6), but we all...More

Have to be ready to explore new dishes or dishes with a little twist. Was ok but I did get 2 semi frozen raviolis in my dish. My asparagus did not mention anything about pork or bacon and it came out with Bacon.

I came here with a group of business colleagues while attending a conference at the nearby Little America Hotel, which is in walking distance. Although this is a small plate/tapas restaurant, the dishes weren't able to be served all at once. That's the concept, we...More

Eva is dedicated to and named after chef Charlie Perry's great grandmother. Eva Coombs passed on her respect for quality ingredients, an emphasis on the nourishing benefits of food and most importantly, the shared pleasure of eating. At Eva, our tapas style dining promotes a communal sense of enjoyment. We have an extensive and varied small plates menu, craft cocktails and hand picked wine list.
