My wife and I had a delicious dinner at this popular, contemporary spot. They specialize on small plates, which is a nice way to get to sample more tastes. We got off to a good start with the peach salad, went onto the grilled corn...More

One of the best tapas or small places I've visited. The sautéed Brussels sprouts were outstanding. Also the rice balls and shrimp dish was also very good. The only negative was I was full too soon and couldn't try a few more items. Service was...More

We had dinner here with our daughter Eva. Eclectic menu choices and dishes for sharing. Wonderful and interesting taste combinations. Will return next trip to SLC.

Went over to Eva a week ago for date night. We got sat with in a few minutes as the restaurant does not take reservations on the weekends, not a big deal. We sat for about 15 minutes as restaurant staff passed us over and...More

We were anxious to try Eva, as we love the tapas concept. We were let down by the reality of the eating experience there. First, it's really quite noisy, which makes a dinner conversation a challenge. Our server was somewhere between disinterested and totally disengaged....More

Choose Ava's as we were going to the theater and this was close by. We had a lovely dinner and enjoyed all the dishes. The gnocchi was as good as what my Italian mother could make, which is rare. The special Indonesian dinner plate for...More

I love tapas! In Spain you can sit down for a complete meal of just tapas and not break the bank but you will have to break it at Eva. The portions are right, the flavors are fantastic but it hurts when they bring you...More

We had amazing small plates to share at Eva. The Variety was amazing and the environment was unique and eclectic. Their specialty cocktail called "fire" was so amazing! The reason this restaurant only received four stars was because of that OK service we received and...More

My cousin had her birthday and her husband took us here. I'd never even heard of the place before, but by the time we finished our dinner I was hooked! What a great place. You won't be disappointed, I promise.

Ultimately we loved this place, but it was a rocky start. We didn't have reservations (it was a Thursday night) so I walked in and put our names down and they said it would be about 20 minutes. I told the hostess/waitress that we would...More

Description
Eva is dedicated to and named after chef Charlie Perry's great grandmother. Eva Coombs passed on her respect for quality ingredients, an emphasis on the nourishing benefits of food and most importantly, the shared pleasure of eating. At Eva, our tapas style dining promotes a communal sense of enjoyment. We have an extensive and varied small plates menu, craft cocktails and hand picked wine list.
