Great bar in downtown. We stumbled upon it and decided to give it a try since it seem like a lively place even mid afternoon during the weekday. Great beer selection and a good wine selection. We liked it so much that we went back...the next day after lunchMore

Nice pub with ice-cold beer. Even the bar itself is refrigerated! We were recommended a local brew which did not disappoint. We also had a hot snack. All very well. Friendly staff, everything clean, and great airconditioning (it was very hot outside). A good place...to cool down for a while and relax. Would definitely visit again when I would be in SLC.More

Stopped in for a drink after dinner. We were served quickly and everything was good. Our friends ordered food, which they enjoyed. It was a good visit.

Really nice open bar, with a nice 'ice feature' across the main bar to keep your beer cold. Good food, great friendly staff and a very nice selection of beers makes this a MUST VISIT when in SLC. Will visit again for sure!

Food is good. Beer is cold. Gretchen was our server and she is a jewel. Super friendly and very willing to help an out of town person figure out SLC.

We took a chance and popped in. We stayed and had the chicken parm strips and cheese fries. They had a great selection of full-alcohol cans and bottles (I know the law has changed since our visit). It was a pleasant time and I loved...the t-shirts. After we left we decided to have our Uber driver stop on the way to the airport so we can buy a couple of shirts. A great pub.More

Excellent service and delish Wings. I am a lover of wings so this place satisfied my need while here in business. Very close to the conference center and only a short walk on the happening Main Street area.

This is a comfortable pub with a friendly welcome. There is a wide range of beers with something to suit everyone. The bar staff are happy to help and there is also a wide food menu and it looked really good.

We were attending an event at the Eccles theater and inadvertently arrived way too early. We had seen the Beerhive across the street on a previous visit, and thought it might be a good place to while away an hour. Being a Friday night, the...place was busy but we managed to find the last remaining table. The pub had a great vibe that made us glad we stopped in. Service was attentive and prompt despite the ever-increasing crush of patrons, and after choosing our beer from an extensive list we quickly had our drinks ~ and the snacks we ordered too. Decor was fun and pub-y, noise level not too high, prices quite good. By the time we left at 7:00 pm the entrance was packed with people waiting for a table, so word to the wise: arrive early, or be prepared to wait. It's a very popular venue.More

In January 2020, I dined at the Beerhive Pub in downtown Salt Lake City, UT, for dinner with work colleagues and my girlfriend whilst on a business expedition. When asking for a local dining venue that proffered a comfortable atmosphere with cordial food, The Beehive...Pub was suggested to our party by one of our local Salt Lake City friends. It was sound counsel. Entering The Beerhive Pub, you are accosted by warm woods, moderate mood lighting, and a long bar with a vast array of beers and alcoholic beverage options on display to titillate your senses, and to launch your mind into what to imbibe firstly. The decor distills a welcoming ambiance whereby you surely know upfront that you may duly unwind and "chillax" in The Beerhive Pub to enjoy a drink and/or a meal either by yourself or in a company of friends. In our dinner party of five, we partook of their Nachos to commence our dinner to converse about the events of our day. The nachos were tasty and scrumptious! This was evident by the large plate being totally emptied to the last crumb and our almost licking the plate clean! A good start. We each subsequently ordered their varying Beerhive Burger iterations to our individual preferences. My burger was equally luscious and delectable in its flavour and mouth feel; the burger patty was properly thick and fulfilling and with a nice (ciabatta) bun. I easily could have ordered another one and vanquished it, but in the name of calorie control, I opted to control myself! My other friends in our dinner party equally enjoyed their dinner meals, and the draft beers they had ordered. Moreover, we received kind, attentive, prompt, effective service by the waiter staff of The Beehive Pub throughout the early evening; service was excellent. All told, The Beerhive Pub is a lovely, confortable dining venue for drinks and meals. I enjoyed my experience at The Beerhive Pub, as did my fellow dining patrons. Whenever I find myself in Salt Lake City for either business or pleasure, I will most assuredly frequent The Beerhive Pub as a guaranteed venue to enjoy great food with attentive service in a casual atmosphere. Well done, The Beerhive Pub. Thank you. Cheers!More
