We went to Eva´s for breakfast and ended up going back more times during our four days in SLC. The breakfast and bakery items were good, the lattes excellent.

We searched for rustic bread in Salt Lake City, finding Eva's was a good thing. Nice selection of breads and pastries. There are also two electric vehicle charging stations immediately in front of the store.
Cozy little bakery where you can almost believe you have been transported to Pris. Had the frittata and granola which were both excellent. Loved the accompanying boulange potatoes--so simple but so good. Portions are on the smaller side but hey, that's how the Europeans do...More
