We have eaten here several times and in the past 2 months the service at this establishment has degraded considerably. Tonight will be my last time to visit. We went for Valentines day, ordered the Crab legs for 2 at $60.00. It came with 2...sides and 2 salads. We ordered chicken wings for an appetizer. When we were served, we were brought out 1 plate of crab legs (which was fine), 1 plate with 2 sides(even though 4 sides were ordered), and 2 salads. We had no plates to eat from, no place to put the crab legs when finished. As a kicker, the french fries were cold, the fried okra was cold, and the chicken wings were exceedingly hot and over cooked. The bill for this came to more than $85.00. We were told that they had to do a custom bill because we had 2 salads and 2 sides. The menu said Crab legs for 2 with 2 sides and 2 salads. I can forgive this, but, the service was horrible, The hospitality at checkout was lacking. If you are looking for a place to eat, I would find another one, seems this place has lost the concept of customer service. When they opened it was a nice place to eat. Now it is just what it appears to be, an old remodeled garage that tries to imitate a 5 star restaurant.More

Love this place :) they always cook it exactly like I order :) fish,shrimp,steaks,mushrooms oh I could go on lol great place to eat, friendly family atmosphere :) I recommend trying it :)

From the outside it doesn't look like much but when you go inside the decor is very nice. The staff and owners are super nice and service is great. The food is very good. It's worth the trip to go eat here. We drove 40...miles to eat dinner with friends. I had the dirty catfish and sweet potato cinnamon fries and it was very good.More

Typical Van Buren, food is awful, service is awful, tried it 3 times, will not be back! Fish was over cooked and it took forever to be served, prices were ridiculous

We went here on a busy Friday night but the staff did a great job of being attentive. The food was soooo good!! We each ordered something different. The catfish was delicious, I had the dirty ribeye and it was a unique way to cook...a steak that was very good. Sweet potato fries were yummy! Price was reasonable for the type of food.it was just under 70 for the three of us to eat. Lots of choices on the menu. Can’t wait to go back and try something else!! I am sure it will be just as good.More

Had dinner after our float trip. The food was great! My husband and son had catfish and I had the dirty grilled chicken. They have a "dirty" rub that gives the meat a kick but not too spicy, just flavorful! We highly recommend this restaurant!

This restaurant offered outstanding service and delicious food. The crab cakes are fabulous and the butterfly shrimp is succulent! There is a wide variety of beer and a full bar offering. Of evening offerings, this restaurant is almost as good as The Blue Heron at...The Landing!More

I have been the red beards several times I've never had a bad meal the staff is very knowledgeable food very good all in all good time was had by all.

Medium sized family restaurant with full size bar and TV's with sports going on. Lived in Houston for many years and I know the taste of good fresh seafood. Everything is fresh from the market on Wednesday. I am not a fan of Salmon, but...WOW, theirs is outstanding. Crab cakes are too die for. Great selection of domestic and imported beers, and wines. Give it a shot, as you wont be disappointed!More

The only downside to this restaurant is that it isn't open during the week. The food is really really good. The service is excellent. We will definitely be back
