Quite small but friendly and great sandwich lunch. Traditional choices at a reasonable price, and good service. Several kinds of Ruben sandwiches, tasty potato salad, great dill pickles.

Great food, great atmosphere, locally owned. I tried the Manhattan and loved it. Navy bean soup is great too.

The menu is nothing special but for Brownsville this is pretty good. Every thing was hot and tasty. The portions were small for the price compared to jasons deli but it tasted a little better. If you want a good sandwich come here, many other restaurants in this city will leave you disappointed.

Went for lunch for the first time. Heard a customer complain to waitress that the meat in her sandwich was tough. I watched as the owner went to the table and assured the customer that he would make her order right. I watched the owner go to the kitchen (spotless stainless steel galley kitchen), and watched as he cut a... More

If you want to have a sandwich or hotdog and want to taste something differente, come here. The service is ok, the drive-thru I'm not a fan, but the bread and size are good.

Where do I even begin with New York Deli? First of all, it has a really fun, diner atmosphere with a huge collection of Beatles memorabilia.Secondly, the staff is incredibly friendly and effective. Most importantly, though, their food rocks. I am a firm believer that it is ridiculous to eat a sandwich at a restaurant. I rarely buy something I... More

We have eaten here multiple times and always enjoy it. They have a huge menu with deli sandwiches, salads, hot dogs, burgers, soups and more. I have tried the New York Sub and the Italian Dip and enjoyed both. The soups are also really good. I've tried the Navy Bean Soup and the Chicken Vegetable Soup and liked both. My... More
