This was a try to find something for dinner trip. Turned out to be a good find. We ended up going back the next day to try other dishes. The first time they had run out of the chicken and banana pudding. So ended up with the pulled pork and beef brisket. Both were smoked to perfection. They have 6... More

I had their pulled pork, which is really good, maybe the best in town. My wife had the ribs. They were also very good, but I think Cube might take them on the ribs. Whole Hog sports 6 bbq sauces. I was only a bit disappointed with the lack of an authentic Eastern-style Carolina BBQ sauce, which should be more... More

Whole Hog perfectly smokes their meats and it is very very good. The brisket can be eaten without their world famous sauces. Newly added to the menu is "Mom's Mac and Cheese" and it's great. The staff could be a little friendlier 😏. Good selection of beer 🍻 too!

My wife and I eat here often. We ordered the pulled pork sandwiches I order the coleslaw and she ordered the potato salad. She said the potato salad tasted and smelled funny, I agreed. We told one of the employees and what we assumed was the manager came to the table. She asked my wife if she had every had... More

The most tender & flavorful pulled pork I have ever had & I'm from Texas! They have several choices of barbeque sauce & they are ALL really good. I have been disappointed 3 times because they were sold out of the banana pudding! The bread pudding is good but I'd really like to try their banana. They have tasty sides... More

Albuquerque has several better-known barbeque restaurants, so upon discovering Whole Hog I was concerned that it might not measure up. I needn't have worried -- the food was tasty and the portions were huge. Both my wife and I took home more than half the meat in "doggie" bags.

Stopped in ordered my food by the pound for my hungry family, brisket, ribs, and chicken. Love the potatoes salad with bacon and six varieties of sauce (#3 is my fav). Sat down with a glass of water and before I could take a sip, my order was ready! Great service and great food!

For me, Albuquerque had never been synonymous with BBQ. Understandable but one spot was worth writing about and I've tried most all BBQ in ABQ. New location on Central a bit west of I-25 was an excellent find. Took home some bulk brisket snd pulled pork. Respectable BBQ that I'm hoping will continue to offer a quality product.

Ordered a 'Jumbo' brisket. Meager helping. What was there was pretty good. Like that they have six sauces on the table.

We have not eaten in the restaurant itself; however, we often go there for take out barbeque, and we are always pleased with the delicious quality of food! Our favorites are the pulled pork, baby back ribs, potato salad and baked beans......all very tasty and satisfying......we usually get the mild barbeque sauce although they offer several other sauces that are...
