We when to El Pinto restaurant for a nice Easter gathering with some friends we had to wait for close to an hour prior to getting a table as they were pretty busy which was understandable for this holiday. However once we were seated we had to wait for the person who was tending our table to come around just... More

This a really nice place to see the food is ok. If nothing else just go have a drink, and appetizer . I suggest going in the spring or winter time. If it's cold out try to get a seat near the fireplace. In spring time all the trees and plants will be blooming it's beautiful .

Dinner here was excellent. Our server "Ricco" was great. He had excellent knowledge of the food, El Pinto and tequila. Nothing at all to complain about. Beautiful atmosphere. You won't leave hungry. As i said in my title, this place is very pricey. But hey, what do we work for if not to enjoy a good meal with friends once... More

The real deal. Mucho Margaritas. Terrific menu. Best enchiladas I've had. Green sauce (mild) and red chile sauce (spicy) are house-made and awesome.

Even if you don't eat there, I still do recommend you eat once for the experience of good and well served New Mexican food, it's a special place to visit. It's always very crowded and it represents perfectly well the State of New Mexico.

Sat outside with live music and enjoyed some delicious enchiladas. They were very accommodating if you didn't want spicy food.

This restaurant is so big that the atmosphere will vary. Patio and a margarita. Intimate room and a Bloody Mary? Get the huevos not chile rellenos. Nice twist on the eggs benedicts. I have been to many weddings and other celebrations there and they can accommodate big groups.

I was back in town for a family birthday. I had forgotten how wonderful (and consistent) the food is at El Pinto. Still a favorite.
