Saigon Restaurant has been around for a number of years & it's reputation is well deserved. The dishes are all authentic & reasonably priced. The atmosphere is ok but what do you expect in a traditioanl Vietnamese restaurant...it is the food that counts !! This is avery good choice and to some extent a welcome relief from southwestern food.

Exterior of this shopping center is being remodeled so currently it is a little difficult to see with their temporary signage. Very good friendly service and excellent pho. I will return.

We ended up at the Saigon Restaurant completely by chance because our favorite Thai restaurant was closed on Sunday night and we were driving around. That turned out to be the silver lining. It is located in a strip mall of sorts that is downhill from the west side of San Mateo Blvd not far from Osuna. This is a... More

Absolutely amazing food! Soooooooo delicious! Trust the manager with orders... Blindly! Their Thai iced tea is very refreshing. Rice noodle soup has such delicate flavors. Tried catfish for the first time ever and loved it. Satisfied and satiated! Yum!

I got there on a weekday about 1130am. No one in the parking lot, so a bit afraid to try it. Decided to take family in to try something different, read about good pho on Tripadvisor. I ordered egg rolls, totally different than what we were used to. If you tried lettuce wraps from PF Changs, it's the similar to... More

In town for a day or so and got this one night as take out. This is the real deal. The vermicelli bowls (bun) were great. Wife and I finished every bite and then spring rolls with peanut sauce were lovely. Recommend the pork and shrimp. A lot of food. I still want to try more Vietnamese places I town... More

We ordered #81 lotus root with pork and shrimp salad, #11 beef phó, #45 shrimp on sugar cane, #40 tofu with lemongrass on noodles, and #130 coconut shake with tapioca. All dishes were generous portions, all ingredients fresh. Prices were reasonable and service was attentive. Recommend it.

Who every gave this place five stars was smoking crack. This place would be a good canidate for that show kitchen nightmares. First off the decor is horrible with holes in wall, not to mention way out dated. I was not aware that Vietnamese had there own version of cafeteria food and this was it. To top it off my wife... Extensive menu and great prices. Orientals go there, so it must be good! Now there are two, one in the east-side and one in the west-side.
