We weren't able to enjoy the tram because of high winds but what a delightful atmosphere and wonderful lunch. We had the special which was a bed of greens topped with beef tenderloin and grilled vegetables. Delicious! And the service was top notch!!! Great views too.

Been coming here off and on for over a decade and took notice of the big changes made in decor and food. Modern sophistication yet with the continued Southwestern appeal - nice. Although we just had drinks, the food menu looked great as well as dishes passing by to hungry patrons. Very friendly wait staff and applaud the big changes!... More

Good view of the night city and good food. A little bit pricey cos it's the only place to get warm after a long trip up and down the mountain.

This restaurant has new owners who have implemented a grander vision keeping many of the old favorites while introducing new options. Bonus: now serving gluten free buns for sandwiches and burgers. Loved the full sized street taco mix and match. Service was great and the focus on making everything fresh is a much needed Cali inspired food trend!

My husband and I only stopped here because lines for the tram were crazy, but it turned out to be a great place. We even stopped again after our tram ride. We each had a margarita on both visits, and they were made perfectly both times. The prices were also way lower than we expected; it was only 10 or... More

Recently had dinner at the remodeled Santiago's--nice upgrades to the facility and nice reengineering of the menu. I tried the mani-mahi tacos and they are exceptional and priced well too. The view of the city from the restaurant is breathtaking and the service availed was first-rate.

I enjoyed the chicken panini I had, especially after working up an appetite waiting and waiting and waiting for it to be served. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that maybe the service is better when they are not crowded. Then again, almost all of the servers seemed kind of bewildered by their jobs. They spent... More

Selected this restaurant & made reservations to take all the family for sister's birthday. Slow service, some guests complaint about the drinks and returned them. The bartender lady came and asked what was wrong with the drinks and my daughter-in-law who used to be work managing restaurants/bar lounges in restaurants/casinos told her that the drink was not what was ordered.... Be careful. Apparently some people have confused this restaurant - Sandiago's with a "d" - and a different restaurant called Santiago's spelled with a "t". This one (with the "d") is at Sandia Peak and has a very nice view from the restaurant. We ate after our tram ride and enjoyed it.
