Winning's has been a staple of ABQ for a long time. Not only does it host music and culture events, it also has a good menu, with excellent food. I go there for the soups, though some like their breakfasts and burritos. Its a relaxing venue with an interesting porch scene.

I've been going to Winnings the last 7 years! I love it. Not only do they have great BLACK Coffee (big black coffee fan...) But there food is amazing too. My favorite is the Bagel Breakfast sandwiches 😋. I travel a lot, and whenever I have friends visit from out of the country/town I Always take them here. Always a... More

This local institution is the perfect place to hang out in the morning and enjoy fresh, locally roasted coffee and a great breakfast or lunch. The food is surprisingly good and inexpensive and the abundance to seating both inside and out makes it easy to relax and talk with locals or spend some quiet time reading the paper.

This is one of Albuquerque's best kept secrets. I have been going here since my college days in the 90s, and will continue to frequent it as long as it's around. It's the place locals go to drink coffee, read a book, catch up on emails, and chat with friends. Great coffee, and really wonderful menu.

To me this place serves the consistently best coffee in town. Also tasty baked goods and above average burritos. A book dealer sells interesting used books a few days a week. Some might find Winner too scruffy but I like it.

Very trendy in Brick Light across from UNM on Harvard. Full of interesting people. The coffee, fruit smoothies and snacks are plentiful and quite good.

Went on a Saturday morning simply looking for a good cup of Joe. Winning nails it. The place smells like freshly roasted coffee - that vague smell of burnt popcorn and beans dated when they were roasted you know that they are serious. Interior is funky and mis- matched, but not sloppy. They serve other things of course, but I... More

I'm all in favor of suporting local businesses & indie coffee houses. As these things go, Winnings is... ok. It's good enough coffee, I guess... and the service isn't bad (not inspired, but not bad)... but the place is nothing exceptional. And they're trying really hard to turn the need for some cleaning & spritzing up the place into hipster... More
