Had a nice pleasant visit here with a great selection. Local brews as well as a few regional favorites.

Hmmm: hard to say poor, but if the coleslaw tastes like it is 2 weeks old, hard to give a better rating. Too bad, really, since my kale salad with grilled chicken was DELICIOUS. Hubby's fish tacos were just ok. Daughter's wings were tasty, but her salad was also not up to scratch. The cukes were soggy and limp and... More

Friday June 3 was my final visit to this place. I've been going occasionhally for a few years and enjoyed going down to the"cellar" to try the many craft beers. I would also recommend it for after work business discussions with friends and co-workers. As time went on, it became more and more of a hangout for the employees and... More

A bunch of us came here after a college game looking to watch Final Four Bball. There are plenty of screens and we were able to watch, but service was slow and hard to get a beer or see a menu. The bathroom was not clean and it was a "cellar type" of atmosphere. We finally got a salad and... More

Billed as an English pub the beer selection was mostly American very few English beers offered. The food was the usual pub fare we opted for the burger. French fries were good the burger a little too greasy for our taste. My wife visited the restroom and found the sink broken so no hand washing possible. Strangely the waitress said... More

Great selection of beer combined with your typical pub grub. The place is spitting distance from Thayer street. Located as the name suggests in the cellar. Good knowledgeable bartenders.

I didn't try the food but this is a great bar. It is literally in the Cellar so it may seem a little claustrophobic when it's busy but that's nothing the great beer selection can fix!

We use to go at least twice a month if not more, until the upstairs became as horrible as downstairs became. The downstairs area you can't get waited on the the waitresses because they are too busy being hipster jerks, while for a while the upstairs was AWESOME until the only good bartender was run of the place due to... This place looked interesting from the outside. We thought that since it was right next to Brown that it would at least be decent. We did not have a good experience. The service was okay even though the food servers seemed to be spread too thin. The food was another story; we didn't enjoy the buffalo mac n cheese and... More

Stopped in for drinks with my boyfriend, but left after one because the service was so poor. There were 2 girls working who seemed annoyed when customers came in to be seated and were very slow to take our order and get our check. The drink selection was good and the atmosphere was very cool. Didn't have any food, so... More
