We ate here the day after our wedding and had an spectacular meal. I had Chicken and Shrimp Marsala and my husband had the Stuffed Haddock. It was all delicious as always. And the views of the narrows with the Lighthouse and seals playing can't be beat.

Stopped in for a quick bite while doing the "Quoddy Loop" (Saint John to Deer Island to Campobello Island [New Brunswick] to Lubec, Maine, home to Saint John via Calais, Maine). Service a bit indifferent but scallops were exceptionally well-prepared. We shared the scallop and shrimp basket + 2 beer = $30 + tip. Fries and shrimp were very good,... More

If the sun is shining this spot is a must. Sit out back and take in the sites while enjoying a cool breeze off the ocean. Service was spot on. Food was good. Just the right amount per plate, not huge or obnoxious by any means. They offer 5 or 6 craft beer which is right up my alley.

We stopped here as soon as we arrived in Lubec after a long drive from Rockland. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The waitress had good recommendations for food we might enjoy and we all thought the food was good. This isn't a place you'd go for fine cuisine, but Frank's provides good reliable dishes.

Spur of the moment stop in for lunch. It was busy, and we had to wait a bit after sitting down, but the view was nice and ..who's in a hurry? Both lunches were very good...nothing bad to say.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Frank's. I had the baked haddock with buttered bread crumbs and it was delicious. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal and we liked sitting on the patio and enjoying the view. The service was excellent and I would highly recommend Frank's if you visit Lubec and want a great meal.

Staying in Lubec, I went to Frank’s Dockside Restaurant for supper. I took an umbrella table on the upper deck overlooking the marina and Mulholland Lighthouse on Campobello Island and the FDR International Bridge. The scenery created a great atmosphere for dining on seafood outdoors. I ordered the Butter Crumb Haddock at $17.00. I got coleslaw and French fries for... More

After not eating anything but a light breakfast, driving from Freeport and hiking at the lighthouse all day, my friend and I came here to satiate our hunger. My friend is allergic to dairy, and ordered the large broiled plate. Since she couldn't have butter, the cook simply cooked everything in water without lemon or spices, and served it in... More
