Great meal, great service. We've eaten Korean food all over the US and Korea and this is some of the best. We've visited many times and it's always good.

Hands down-this is the worst food I have eaten across America. Oh dear god, I almost vomit thinking about it. The servers are rude and insolent and the soup-I ordered the vegetable soup with Udon noodles--was horrible. The noodles and veggies were way overcooked and the broth tasted like dirty dishwater-bubbles included. I also ordered the egg rolls as an... More

We were greeted right away and wait staff was very patient as we tried to understand the full menu. There was a lunch buffet which we looked at but we choose to order off the menu. The buffet had a varied selection. I had never been to a restaurant where I cooked my own food in the center of the... More

While on a business trip, our hotel recommended this restaurant as it was nearby - the staff's recommendation was spot on! The food was excellent (I had the shrimp tempura and my husband had a rice & beef dish) and the service was fantastic. Would go again.

I have had dinner here a few times and food always delicious...service was great. Haven't been since before the FIRE but we came in last werk for lunch buffet. Was extremely dissapointed. Food was left out too long. Nothing fresh. Most bins were empty. Crusty layer over all food and sushi had no taste and rice was hard. I don't... More

Takamatsu is the most confusing restaurant of all time… The blonde bartender serves more tables than the waiters and waitresses do You damn well better know your Japanese cuisine terminology or the hostess will kick your butt The outside of the restaurant looks like an old Japanese building, the inside looks like a cafeteria The Asian chicken wings glow in... It was our first time to try the buffet in Takamatsu and the food was delicious , the place was clean, and the service was good. I had the sushi with crab cake, sushi like spicy salmon, the glass noodles, pork spare ribs, shrimp tempura, vegetable tempura, bulgogi, kimchi. All were very good. This is NOT your typical Asian buffet... More

Been there a few times. No one seems to remember me. No "welcome back" type of salutation...hmmmm. I'm a good tipper even on bad service believe it or not. So I would think I'd be remembered. Do not order the Vegas Roll. It tastes like it's deep fried in instant pancake mix. The service is good, not excellent. Meh!

We made reservations for a party of 13 people for a birthday party. The services was pretty bad, the guy never brought my son his orange juice I requested. Then, when I asked him again about it, he just blew me off. Also, it's a birthday party and some of us were celebrating with saki bombs and laughing. We are... More

This place is great. I think I've been here about a dozen times now, and it is consistently excellent. My favorite is getting Korean barbecue, and sometimes they don't bring all of the side dishes, but they will if you ask for them. The sushi here for dinner is very good, many specialty rolls, and many sushi boats. The restaurant... More
