I can't say enough about this restaurant, a real gem in downtown Tucson. This year Chef Fufi and her Sommelier husband, Alfredo, are offering a taste and wine dinner "tour of Italy" once a month. This month's trip was to Sardinia. The four course meal featured Italian specialties from the island with wine pairings. The Sardinian wines were specially ordered... More

Very nice servers, nice decor and location, We had a good wine. Salumi fresh but unexciting. Pasta good but oversauced.....almost no possibility to ravoli contents. Salmon in red wine interesting. Veal marsala tough and chewy and again swimming in sauce. Accompanying vegetables looked like they had bee frozen. Dessert okay. Maybe it was an off-night.

A group of 4 went for an early dinner on Friday. Got right in and service was quick and friendly. We all had pasta dishs. Everyone finished every last morsal. Price was right on. We sat outside by the street, little loud, but hey we were in downtown Tucson did not expect it to be secluded & quiet. Everything was... More

We were introduced to Chef Fuffi Steffenone last month when we visited her restaurant as part of the Taste of Tucson tour. At that time we pledged to come back as the tastings we had there were tremendous. On this our return trip, we were not disappointed. In a nutshell, we love this restaurant which is just a couple of... More

This was our first time here, although have heard about for years. I have nothing compare to its previous owners or the food but we enjoyed our meal very much. We had tickets to the Dee Dee Bridgewater concert, next door to the Fox Theater, so this was very convenient. I had made reservations weeks in advance so I would... More

This is the best place for lunch downtown! You order at the counter and food is brought out to your table by the waitress. True Italiano, pasta and sauces, one can also find a variety of salads. This place is special, it serves real quality food! This also means food quality varies from fantastic to good, but service is always... More

Things one should know: this restaurant has new owners so many past reviews don't apply anymore. The actual turnover date here is unknown to me but it's 2014 or later. This was a premier restaurant in Tucson. I doubt it's still considered that. Now it's not without value as I will explain. The things that threw me were an awful,... More

We had tickets to a concert and looking for a dinner venue prior to event. Definitely a great choice. Great service, excellent meal from salad to entree. Reservations for sure, especially before any events!

This is the second time we've gone to Milano's before a concert at the Fox Theater and it's becoming our routine. Everything has always been great; food, service, and atmosphere. We had previously lived in Italy and Milano's reminds us of the small restaurants there that we liked so much.

On recommendation of friends we choose this restaurant for Friday night out. The small restaurant has very friendly wait staff and a warm setting. We enjoyed our meal except for the bread served with dinner, roll and a rosemary bread. We felt that that both lacked the sumptuous flavor associated with Italian cuisine. BUT the mushroom with walnut and cream... More
