I haven't had a good bagel in three years. I was ridiculously excited to stumble upon this place. An amazing selection of fresh bagels and cream cheese made in-house. Friendly staff, clean interior. I was impressed

Their cheese grits are fabulous! The bagels are great and they offer many many different homemade cream cheeses. The service is usually quick.

Had a bagel craving and visited The Bagel Factory recently. The store appeared to be downsized. They no longer have breakfast sandwiches?? Wow, they were so good and now they're gone. They also had less inventory, none of my favorite serrano cream cheese? What's going on? The everything bagel was good, the raspberry chipolte cream cheese was ok. The bagel... More

Best NYC style bagel to be found outside of NYC!! Chewy, soft, and flavorful. Little pricey for my taste, but they are tasty!

WOOOOW!! "The Everything Bagel" with cream cheese.... Dear god! Quite possibly the BEST bagel I have ever had. Looking forward to going back to this place to try other bagels AND I think I saw a sign about chicken salad so I need to come back here for lunch and try that too. I cannot recommend enough for the bagels... More

I just moved from Killeen Texas and left my favorite bagel place, Bite The Bagel. One of the staff there told me to look up this place. I went there with three other friends. All the bagels were tasty and I had a Bagelache for the first time (sausage in a roll) and it was delicious. The facility was bright... More
