It's a must try. Enjoyed our meal and the site. The manager on the day we went, was not very personable and made us feel a bit unwelcomed but our waiter was very good along with the food.

The house is the best part of this restaurant. It has loads of charm, a small museum, a gift shop, and drinks and snacks for those enduring the one-hour plus wait. The food and service were excellent breakfast fare, although there were other choices. The...More

Read other reviews on trip advisor and decided to try something unique to the area. We were very pleased! Biscuits and gravy were outstanding! Fresh fruit plate was very fresh and well picked fruit...watermelon, pineapple, grapes, oranges and bananas. The sweet cream pancakes were outstanding,...More

"Yummy"!!!!! Great atmosphere, great food! Love the house, price. We are inside this time, but outside a few years ago and both are pleasing! It would be hard not to have a great meal and experience here!

This restaurant was within walking distance from the place we stayed and it was a gem! First off, the house was built in the 1800s and has a little museum inside where you can buy goods made from the flour mill next door. The restaurant...More

My wife, stepdaughter, and myself stopped here as the Sisters Grimm tour spoke of the amazing breakfast. The place was the home of Pioneer mill for flour and now an historic site. Both my wife and stepdaughter are HUGE breakfasts people. They were in love...More

Even though we had to wait an hour for a table on Sunday morning (arriving around 10:00 am), it was worth it! This is a lovely place right on the San Antonio River with delicious offerings for the first meal of the day. We ordered...More

I'm sorry, I'm really not sure. Neither of us are on a gluten free and I didn't really pay attention.

There is a free parking lot. Signage is small for the lot and you can't really see the house from the lot. (The lot is in back of the mill warehouse). Look at satellite view on Google maps and it is very clear. Beautiful... More
