History house at a flour mill. You can enjoy breakfast or lunch here, pick up some pastries to go, or just walk around the house. We had the chicken and waffles, and a biscuit. I wouldn’t order the chicken and waffles again due to the...More

The best breakfast in San Antonio! The biscuits and waffles are huge, but light and airy! That's what happens when you have a restaurant next to a flour mill. Beautiful setting.

Although the Gunther house is best known for breakfast, its lunches are equally good. The place is beautiful, service is good, and food is excellent. Chicken enchiladas are especially good

Stopped here for lunch! I had breakfast with 2 giant biscuits and homemade preserves and my friend had the champagne chicken enchiladas which were excellent. They are full of chicken and flavor. The cinnamon rolls are out of this world. It’s a shareable dessert indulgence....More

A must place for breakfast. Recommend arriving before 8:30 AM. It gets busy fast. Offers indoor and outdoor seating. Great coffee and everything on the menu was spectacular. We enjoyed it so much we went twice during our short visit in San Antonio. Our son...More

There is a free parking lot. Signage is small for the lot and you can't really see the house from the lot. (The lot is in back of the mill warehouse). Look at satellite view on Google maps and it is very clear. Beautiful... More
