This place was recommended to me as the best pizza on the planet, and I walked in and I thought wow these are some shady characters running this joint! The food selection was super limited being I can't have pork, only one pizza available for me to choose, and that looked as if it had been sitting for decades! The... More

Miss Ellies has the best New York style pizza in town. I have been to just about every pizza joint in SA so If you are looking to grab a quick slice, this the place. There are always plenty of options in their window to choose from and they throw it in the oven for a few minutes to get... More

I absolutely love this place. It's authentic NY style pizza that goes very heavy on the toppings. You absolutely get your money's worth with every bite. The garlic knots are to die for, I could eat a thousand of them. Very small place to dine in and it's always packed for lunch, as they sell pizza by the slice with... More

My kids were in the mood for pizza for lunch. Decided to stop in here for lunch. The pizza and garlic knots are to die for. Delicious!!👍🏾. We even got some knots to go. Great service. Nice hot pizza. 🍕 We will be back for sure.

I grew up on the Jersey shore and this reminded me of home. Definitely one of the best in Texas. We will be back soon

This is a small storefront pizza restaurant with excellent New York style pizza (owner is from New York). Order a custom pizza or by the slice. Great crust, delicious toppings. Try the garlic knots with marinara sauce. I am never disappointed.

I finally found my favorite pizza in San Antonio! After reading a recommendation on FB, my husband and I tried Miss Ellie's on a Tuesday, about 5pm. We ordered the spinach, tomato and garlic pizza and the garlic knots. The knots came out within about 5 minutes. Oh my! are these delicious! They are buttery, garlicky goodness. The dough must... Horrible food, not cooked, older guy who works there is very dirty. He sneezed into his hand and kept on serving food. His overall appearance was just dirty. That should have been our first sign to leave. Yuck, never again. Consumer beware!!!

By chance drop in as my car was getting worked on around the corner... Great idea!! I had a slice of the supreme and a garlic knot, both were served hot and perfectly crispy. The crust was amazing, the sauce was so good! Stuffed and happy :) Sells Pizza by the slice and has a full menu. Do have beer... More
