We stopped for lunch on our was to James Avery. The chips and salsa were among the best that I've ever had. Everyone's lunch was just fabulous. I had the steak fajitas and they were perfectly cooked, with all the accompaniments. Black beans and rice were delicious. We'll definitely stop by the next time that we are in SAT.

Grand Canyon margarita was the best along with chips and salsa! Tortilla soup was filling. White chocolate tamales to end our meal was amazing! Thank you Luis for your service.

Very pleasant and welcome respite. Good service, good setting on patio. Great salsa and soup. I had soup and salad, another had paella, my wife had salmon. All were quite flavorful, with unique tastes and textures.

My wife and I stopped by while shopping for a quick lunch. We were very happy with the entire experience. The building is great, the food was really different but outstanding in both taste and appearance. Service = excellent. If you're in the area this is no brainer!

Early dinner, had a bison burger, med rare.. and it was. My friend had a salad w/seared ahi I think, not much ahi. But it didn't matter, since she DEVOURED the deep fried, thick seasoned chips. they were special. I guess this is nuevo tex-mex, certainly not mex food. But groups of people seemed to be enjoying themselves. Margaritas could... More

I love to get good meatloaf from god restaurants. The food here is good and the waiter was fast and friendly. Got the charred bison meatloaf and it was good, although there is a difference between charred and burnt an eighth of an inch deep. That said, it was tasty, so I would recommend it. Love their chips and salsa.... More

The food was wonderful and the portion sizes were generous. The chips and salsa are a good way to start your dinner. I decided on a salad, it was huge!! Our waitress was great, she was knowledgeable on the menu. We were celebrating my friends birthday.

This place has great dishes that are a bit different from what we usually have. They have, for example, quesadillas, but their i ingridients are not what you expect, like Black and blue quesadillas. Everything we've had is good, except for an adovo pasta we didn't care for. Whatever you order though, make sure it comes with red onion marmalade.... More
