In my long weekend in San Antonio Rosario's was the best Mexican food I had. The salsa is very unique and delicious and the mole sauce was very tasty. The restaurant can be crowded so we hit it at off peak time. It is located a little south of downtown so take a hike or grab a short uber ride.

I have been eating at Rosarios since I moved here in the mid 90s. It was a small mom and pop place but now it's a San Antonio landmark. My favorite dishes that I can't get any other places are the chile relleno de pescado, their grilled shrimp and queso. Their margaritas are still the best. Live Latin bands still... More

I was pleasantly surprised by this place, since it seems like there are so many mixed reviews.... I had the Quoina Chile Relleno and my husband had some chicken dish. We both really liked our meals and enjoyed the chips and salsa, as well! I had the CocoRita - delish!! - I have a sweet tooth, so it was perfect!... More

We went to the Southtown restaurant, a short stroll from our Riverwalk hotel. We knew that folks love this place, and it makes a great visual impression with lots of open space and glass, and great color and light even as you walk toward it. That sets the stage for a bustling, energetic place. We went on a Sunday night... More

He was so right. Really felt we were in Tex-Mex heaven. The drinks were good and the food was as authentic as I have ever had. No place in the north can match what they do. Highly recommend the place.

This is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants ever! I am gluten free and so tasty. I come here every time I am in San Antonio!

I visited Rosario's my first night in San Antonio. We stayed in the hisorical district and it was a very short walk from our B and B. The food was good and the cocktails were fun...but the noise made it hard to have conversation. We had great service and the prices were in-line with a tourist area. I would recommend... More

Celebrated my bday at Rosarios Restaurant last night. I had heard great reviews and wanted to check it out for myself. The place was hopping. Everybody talking and having a good time. The smells were making me more hungry. I judge a lot of restaurants based on my first impression of smell . Especially Mexican restaurants. I am Mexican and... More

We love Tex-Mex and wanted something great off the River Walk and this place was perfect. I had the Shrimp nachos and they were delicious and my husband had one of cheese and beef enchilada specials. He said it was good but nothing special, which for him means it's pretty good. We eat a lot of Tex-Mex so sometimes it... More
