I have been to three Crabshacks in the last two months and each one was a let down. What's happened? In Boise, Idaho the food was mediocre, the size of the clams in the build yourself pot were minuscule, so no points there. The one in Corpus Cristi for the same order had mostly red potatoes and hardly any crab,... More

We got a table on the 2nd floor patio during St. Patrick's Day and has an amazing experience eating the lobster boil with a side of mud bugs. The place was packed but we still got good service. The seating we got was a perfect location to watch the parade on the river. This restaurant made our day! Don't pass... More

I had the peel and eat shrimp with was only average....and my wife had the fried fish with chips or maybe it was fries?......The fried fish was horrible and covered with thick breading and not much fish. My wife could hardly eat it so I took off the thick breading and ate just the small amount of fish that was... More

Tried the crawfish boil first. The mudbugs were plain boiled then powdered with the seasoning afterwards. They were small. This is seafood season. No reason for them to be so small. The fish and shrimp was overlooked and small as well. And finally. We have the calamari a try twice. The first time it was rubber. The second time was... More

Would recommend this place, great setting, good food and served by Aide who had a great knowledge of the food and menu. ( hopefully spelt her name correctly). She was very efficient and friendly throughout the meal We went for a coconut shrimp and a steamboat of crab and shrimps. Both good sized portions of well cooked food. Finished off... More

The restaurant was nearly empty, and I can totally see why. Service was horrible. Wait staff argued about who would help us. Initial waiter went to watch tv at the bar. We had to literally get up to ask who our waitress was. Finally one came and said she'd go ahead and help us. We waited over an hour for... More

We have been to this location several times since it opened and had a good dining experience with service and quality of food.. I ordered fish and shrimp, which was greasy. Seems like the plates have more French fries than anything..small portion of coleslaw..the quality of the food is not like it used to be. We wanted to go to... More

Enjoyed a family lunch at Joes. The service was fine, the facility was clean, and the food was great. I heard all good comments about the food at our table. I had stuffed shrimp, and even though the bacon could have been cooked a little longer the food was delicious. It was some of the best shrimp I have had.

We dropped by on our way to a play downtown. The service was good and the seafood was hot and tasty. Not fine dining, but very tasty and good value. Recommend as a nice place for a family dinner.
